smart calendar should detect the administrator access of the organizer
You should detect Managed meeting spaces in Smart Calendar and if a user has administraotr access.
Use Case : I have set up to 24 hours the time to validate a meeting so the moderators have one day to approve a request. But as a moderator, he can book the room the same day.
As Smart Calendar doesn't detect his admin level access, the moderator can't book the room the same day.1 vote -
Restrict booking based on default Building location, not just Group
As more and more locations begin to use Condeco to reserve space in the office, we're finding more people not based in a particular office wanting to make reservations in not their "home" office, taking away space from the people based in those locations. Currently the only option is to restrict access based on default booking Group. Delegate Services confirmation
Currently only the Outlook Calendar owner receives a services confirmation email. However the delegate receives all other emails to complete a booking but not the vital email to say a room is booked and catering services charges. Delegate CC'd is all that is required.

Condeco Working Week
To be in line with Services, where notification and cancellation times can be added to menu items. It would be beneficial for Condeco to acknowledge working week “Monday to Friday only” as opposed to including weekends. This would benefit notification calculations where an item is recorded with 24, 48 or 72 hours notice and prevent items being booked on a Friday and being delivered on Monday morning because Saturday & Sunday is currently assumed in Condeco as working days. As an example (Not including weekends) would mean an item with 72 hours notice for preparation and booked on a Friday…

When selecting multiple floors for Desk Booking, show the Floor Plans for the selected floors
Currently when you book a space in Personal Spaces and use CRTL/CMD to select multiple floors (as it tells you to), no floor plans are shown on the following screen, only a list view.
Please also populate the Floor Plan tab to show the floor plans of the selected floors.

Catering not appearing on the re-charge reports
If a meeting or catering request was deleted after the cancellation cut off window the items were still displayed on the recharge reports.
Now if a User deletes catering or the whole meeting after the cancellation cut off the recharge is also removed from the reports.
Due to this we could have a delivery of 200 sandwich lunches and no-one to pay for them.

Need a separate Vehicle registration & Parking booking solution as primary resource
For Nokia there is a strong need to have a separate solution for Vehicle registration & booking solution
1. enable per employee to register the car licence plat number enabling to export for sending to the landlord to control the parking

Create user groups instead of resource groups
The ability to create user groups instead of resource groups to allow restrictions to groups of users like (contractors or contingent workers) that differ from the permissions in the resource group settings. This would be very useful to restrict the number of desk bookings or days on which they can book desk in the office. For instance if you wanted to restrict them to only book desks on Mondays/Friday or a certain number of days. Can't see room attributes on a small screen resolution when searching for rooms
When you search for rooms, you get a result list. However, on smaller display resolutions and screen sizes, the room attributes are hidden unless you scroll horizontally on the results list. One would not expect to scroll horizontally because the room booking button stays on the screen. Windows machines automatically scale text to 150% on laptop screens that are 15" with 1920x1080 resolution. This causes the room attributes to become hidden by the book button.

Currently it says "You are working remotely today" and then after 10 or 20 seconds seconds it changes to say "You are working in the office today" ... but most people dont wait 10 seconds .. they just start trying to book a desk

Réservation d'une salle - Import de participants
Bonjour,
Afin de gérer nos visiteurs au niveau de l'accueil des sites, nos utilisateurs doivent pouvoir importer les participants. Nos utilisateurs ont souvent déjà saisis cette liste par ailleurs qui peut être importante et donc réutilisable pour condeco. Lorsqu'ils ont trop de participants, nos utilisateurs ne saisissent pas les informations qui sont pourtant essentielles pour un bon accueil de nos visiteurs. Nous devons donc impérativement proposer une solution à nos utilisateurs.
Serait-il possible d'ajouter la possibilité d'importer des participants lorsque l'on crée la réunion au travers d'un fichier excel ?

Genau wie bei den Raumbuchungen könnten Bilder pro Arbeitsplatz oder pro Gruppe hinterlegt werden, sodass die User direkt sehen können, wie es an den einzelnen Plätzen oder Gruppen aussieht.

Requestor and Host Contact Info
Hello! I was thinking it may be helpful to require users to enter both requestor AND host info to include full name, email, and phone number before their request is able to be submitted.
We very often have requests that do not include this information, which requires us to reach out to obtain.
