Floor plan improvement
When viewing the floor plan, automatically show workstations that have been booked and display the photo...if available of the individuals that's booked it instead of having to search and then click on the workstation to see this data.

Day-Before Reminder Email for Confirming Attendance and Cancelling Bookings
A Separate Day before Reminder email generated from the system with control from the email templates to create an informative message to ask a colleague are you still attending site, if not cancel your booking by clicking here.
ICS is fine but is easy to Dismiss and an Email would mean the colleague would need to deal with it one way or another more so than just "Dismiss"

No relationship/keys between Desks Booked and Desks Available; Avoid duplication of desk booking;
Below are the requirements:-
Required:- We need Desks Booked and Desks Available from one table/API Itself as unable to join the different tables as lack of unique ID/Column, Current:- We have 2 different tables for each without any Unique ID/Column to join the both tables.
Required:- We need to apply the filters before extracting the data from condeco especially date and country filters. Current:- We need to extract full data then will apply the filters.
Required:- We need to refresh the Condeco table data as faster. Current:- Its taking at least 7-8 Hours to refresh the data.

Cancellation of booked rooms to create more availability
Hello - I cannot seem to find a way to cancel my room booking, especially at late notice. Perhaps if a way was created for room bookings to be cancelled if they were no longer needed, then we could free up more meeting rooms for those who need them.

Adding Teams into Meeting invite using web application
When booking meetings through Condeco’s website, we are not able to add a link to a teams meeting. This does not happen when using the Outlook add-on, but it would be extremely helpful to have the option of adding the link when booking rooms directly on the web app.

Admins to be able to configure access restrictions on web portal per different groups or admins
Currently unable to prevent double bookings if users are booking meeting spaces both via Condeco web application and Outlook calendar. Admins require access to both so unable to switch off functionality to view only on web portal.

For end users, set the booking grid so that details of bookings in the rooms are not shown, just blocks showing when a room is booked
We'd like to have the option to share the meeting room booking grid with end Users but with meetings booked by others showing as a grey block with no booking details in them. The reason for this anonymisation of bookings is to stop users contacting and pressurising bookers to give up their meeting spaces, which can happen in large organisations. Admins should be able to see the full grid, with booking details

Ability to make email address a mandatory field for visitors (except VIP visitors)
Hi team, we will soon use Proxyclick to manage our visitors but standard users will remain using Condeco for registering their visitors. Ideally, we want users to continue visitor registration on Condeco and for the reception team to manage the visitors in Proxyclick. It will be a useful addition if we could ensure that users have shared the email address for all standard visitors to ensure that they receive the emails for remote registration and QR Code for check in. Giving us the option to make the email address field mandatory will resolve this issue.

Decline Team day invites if user has already accepted a Team day on that same date
On book for a Teams Day, if a colleague is invited to multiple desks on the same day (for example: Friendship group, Team Group, Leadership and Event) When the colleague accepts one booking it should then decline the others.
There appears to be no link-up or the system to realise that the use now has a desk that day and will not need to have 3 others.

Bookable to Hotdesk auto conversion
Is it possible for all allocated seats to be automatically be converted to hotdesk 1 day prior to needed date?
For example, Team A have 5 allocated seats (1 to 5) and all the hotdesk seats are already booked for Wednesday.
Looking at a schedule for Wednesday, I can see that seats 1, 2 & 3 is already booked while 4 & 5 is still free. I belong to Team B hence cannot book a seat.
But when I check on it again tomorrow (Tuesday – 1 day before Wednesday), can seats 4 & 5 (being free) automatically convert to…1 vote -
Wording change for fully booked days - not using "date exceeds the booking period" users are confused.
The wording confuses users, this is when searching for resources on the today page.
wording such as "no available resources available for day X" would be better.

Attachments on booking confirmation emails.
It would be nice if there was an option to upload a PDF so when a booking confirmation gets sent for visitors or personal space bookings or meeting spaces, you could add an attachment - i.e. a health and safety pack for the site they are working at.

Have other users presence automatically appear in addition to simply yours.
Have other users' presence appear automatically when viewing the floor plan, in addition to simply yours. This would immediately provide a visual representation of attendance in the space.

Change your status for multiple days
Condeco allows the user to update their status 1 day at a time.

Screen reminder after checkin
When users press the Start Meeting button on the screens, allow a customised notice to appear on the screen for 20 seconds at that time. We want to remind meeting rooms users to keep meeting rooms clean, tidy and free of litter.
