  2. Some people in the company have arranged regular recurring Teams meetings to exchange information via Outlook 365 without an end date so that they don't have to keep extending this series.
    Sometimes, however, people want to meet in person at the company and book a suitable room via the Condeco Outlook add-in. They take ONE appointment out of the series and want to search for a suitable room. However, an error message appears in the Condeco Outlook Add window indicating an appointment without an end date.   3. Hi team, we would like the ability to auto populate the URL during the registration steps for the Condeco add-in so that users do not have to type this in. This is a big request from our colleagues and it would be ideal if we can have this implemented

  4. The default file type of Excel report export files should be changed to .xlsx because the .xls file type will no longer be fully supported under Windows 11 as Microsoft itself considers .xls files as "not secure".

  5. Would be useful to have one standard report that pulls data accurately for those who have been dumped and checked in all on the same report to allow us to compare data easily.

  6. User is looking for a Specific room (EX: TheBar Room) which is already booked by somebody else. Once the booked room cancelled by the user at the end moment, the notification goes to the person who have register for the availability. (Ex: Like Railway ticket reservation)

  8. We would like to have our custom field 'Speciality' visible and included in the data set that is presented on Power BI. We use our meeting rooms for clinical activity and this will enable us to make recommendations on the utilisation of space.

  12. I didn’t see a way to set a favorite personal space/desk. I have my profile updated with my preferred location and floor, but it would be ideal to be able to set a favorite desk, as I typically use the same desk each week.

  13. You should detect Managed meeting spaces in Smart Calendar and if a user has administraotr access.
    Use Case : I have set up to 24 hours the time to validate a meeting so the moderators have one day to approve a request. But as a moderator, he can book the room the same day.
    As Smart Calendar doesn't detect his admin level access, the moderator can't book the room the same day.

As more and more locations begin to use Condeco to reserve space in the office, we're finding more people not based in a particular office wanting to make reservations in not their "home" office, taking away space from the people based in those locations. Currently the only option is to restrict access based on default booking Group. As we have several booking Groups in our location, it's become an issue when a person based here has to book something outside of their default group (due to lack of availability in their default group) - they're now subject to the same…

  15. Currently only the Outlook Calendar owner receives a services confirmation email. However the delegate receives all other emails to complete a booking but not the vital email to say a room is booked and catering services charges. Delegate CC'd is all that is required.

  16. To be in line with Services, where notification and cancellation times can be added to menu items. It would be beneficial for Condeco to acknowledge working week “Monday to Friday only” as opposed to including weekends. This would benefit notification calculations where an item is recorded with 24, 48 or 72 hours notice and prevent items being booked on a Friday and being delivered on Monday morning because Saturday & Sunday is currently assumed in Condeco as working days. As an example (Not including weekends) would mean an item with 72 hours notice for preparation and booked on a Friday…

  18. Currently when you book a space in Personal Spaces and use CRTL/CMD to select multiple floors (as it tells you to), no floor plans are shown on the following screen, only a list view.

    Please also populate the Floor Plan tab to show the floor plans of the selected floors.
