Email templates: Additional levels for "Applies:"
Currently, in the "Email templates" menu of a group, there are three levels on what a given template will apply to:
- "to this group only"
- "to all groups in [Country]
- Globally.
As this categorization is rather rough, it would be helpful to introduce more granular levels like
- "to all groups in [Location] (if a group is only valid for one location)
- "to all groups in [Region]
Especially the last case is particularly helpful when there are multiple Regions in a Country that operate independently from one another (e.g., because they belong to different companies / sub-companies).

Request for Meeting Reminder Email for Booking Creator
We would like to request that the creator of a booking also receives a meetig reminder email. Currently, only the host and the requestor are receiving reminder email, but the person who creates the booking does not receive one.

Automatically unassign people when we delete them from the user base
We have connected our user base through IAM and SSO.
We automatically remove users that don't belong to the company anymore.
But people, who have left the company keep an assigned desk which makes no sense for me. Is it possible to automatically unassign a desk when someone is removed from the user database?2 votes -
Conflict Transparency
When users attempt to book a recurring meeting they are only shown rooms that are 100% available for all occurrences of the meeting sequence. Most leaders in this space are able to show conflicts to allow for one-off modifications (say 9 meetings in Room A, and 1 meeting occurrence in Room B due to an existing booking). At minimum showing the conflict would allow the users to adapt. Need An API Endpoint To Post/Put A Group With Members
An API For Group Administration --> Group Mapping
There are two API endpoints from Group Membership but there is no way to edit the members of the group. We use HR FEED (NOT SCIM)
We have groups that are restricted to booking only offices in certain locations and we want to modify that group on demand via an API endpoint. Condeco support reported no feature like this is available today.The two current endpoints are:

Admin to be able to edit attendee number for Smart calendar bookings
Admin should be able to edit the number of attendees for any type of booking. Now since the deployment of the smart calendar add-in, Outlook appointment cannot be edited anymore.

Have the option to automatically set desks up as Closed
When creating a new Personal Space in Resource Administration, it would be good to have the option to create them as closed rather than creating them and then going back Application Setup > Resources, searching for them and setting them as closed.

Passive Occupancy
Passive occupancy with Condeco and Vergesense integration would ensure bookings are retained when office sensors detect belongings on the desks (laptop, bag, jacket) enhancing the accuracy.
Currently this is not possible and not taking into account that users may have just left their desk to attend meetings.

Booking or being assigned a locker should not set you as in office at that location
Lockers are not workspaces: We have two types of personal spaces. Desks and Lockers. Lockers are not configured (check marked under Workspace Types) as a Workspace. However, if a person is assigned a locker AND is working remotely, they are shown as being in the location of their locker on their today page. Additionally, when using the Your Team feature to find team members, it shows people with assigned lockers as being at their location even when they are working remotely. Room minimum capacity
Allow configuration for a minimum capacity for selecting a larger conference rooms. Users cannot book a room unless the minimum capacity is met. Example 60 person conference room could not be booked with less than 20 person attendees.

Change color of booked slots in the booking grid
The shade of gray currently used for booked slots in the booking grid does not contrast strongly enough with the shade of gray in the calender, so the beginning and end of a booked slot sre difficult to recognize.

API Endpoint For Meeting Room Check In
Can an API endpoint be created for meeting room check ins? We have an automated process in place to check in users today when they arrive to the office. We want to offer the option for the user to allow check ins for their reserved meeting room books when checked into the office. Thank you.

Add a flag or something to denote that a visitor has notes attached to their profile. So that each visitor profile does not have to be manually checked on the day for notes- making the use of this function more speedy and beneficial to admins.

Include mobile app logins in Last Login data in reports
Currently, when you export user reports and include Last Login field, it does not include mobile app logins. This means the last log in date can be misleading if the user primarily uses the mobile app rather than the desktop.
