  2. Ability to see all registered RFID's of a user, this will enable us to see if there is more than one in any user profile. At the moment you can only de-register cards but you cannot see what the number is or if the user has more than one.

  3. It is currently not possible to set that no bookings for “external visitors” are allowed at a location/area. So that only internal colleagues can book, e.g. for themselves or for an internal colleague, but not for external visitors.

    Yes, there is a setting under Advanced settings>Global settings
    Under the “Personal space” tab, there is a setting “Allow personal spaces to be booked for external users” where you need to disable the checkbox.

    However, if this setting is disabled, it will be disabled globally for all locations. We would need the option to disable this setting for a single location.

  4. We are using a Viva Connections UI to access Condeco via the API. With a user's Condeco ID, it is not possible to pull the visitors for that user. From a UX perspective, it would be better for this information to be immediately available to see (at least for say, the next 5 visitors), rather than have to select to view them by date.

  7. A desk booking reminder email the day before the booking would be great, the option you brought out is not good enough, we don't want anything to be sent to calendars, we just want an email to go to the user who booked the desk the day before around 3pm so they can see if they still need the desk and if not free this up for others to book. 10am on the desk of the booking makes no sense as everyone will already be in the office therefore after this seat is free it is not seat in.

  9. this team day feature has been misused by folks and this is very concerning where desks were left empty, not occupied where teams booked the whole section for the whole week.

    so far the feature cannot be turned off for a particular site, it has to be done on the tenant level..

Just a quick note ....I booked room 38026 today, (2/25), for 12-1p, and received an email confirmation. but upon arriving at the room the schedule panel still showed 'Available' and those occupying wouldn't leave. So there may be some kind of lag and/or service interruption between the reservation system and the wall-mounted schedulers outside the rooms.

  12. Site announcement for specific day bookings.

    For example, if there are noisy building works you could make people aware of that at the time of booking so they can make a judgement call on whether to book in or not.

  13. Admins need to be able to see who initiates team day bookings and who they are booked for. There is currently no visibility to see this information as an administrator.

  14. Provide a way to publish or show holidays on the booking grid to reminder users of upcoming holidays to avoid booking an event on a holiday? We do not want to prevent the booking but just remind the user of the possible conflict. An administrator should be able to add the desired holidays so it could include federal holidays, local holidays, religious holidays, etc.

  16. Currently Condeco is not providing an option to Active/inactive catering items in bulk and rather catering admins have to click on "Active" check box for each item one by one.
    We have a requirement where catering Admins should get an option to bulk active/inactive catering items which would save them with lot of time and make application more user friendly.

  17. I want to be on the waiting list for ANY room for 14 or more people with a video conferencing facility. Instead, in order yo give myself some hope of getting a room, I have to be on every waiting list and fill out a separate form for each room. (2 done, 13 to go, so far). Surely this is madness.

  18. On the app, when a floorplan is displayed and a desk is selected, a data tab pops up with information about that desk. However you now can't get rid of the popup tab, which obscures view of the full floorplan. Suggest that when a user taps again on the data tab it disappears showing the whole floor plan.

  19. We use Teams MTR devices and users have the ability to "quick book" a room using the panel outside of the room, which automatically blocks out the time in the Exchange Resource Mailbox. We would ideally have these meetings automatically sync'd into Condeco to update the room availability.

  20. From business perspective, it makes sense to include quarters (e.g., Q1 for January to March, Q2 for April to June etc) in the filter list because business evaluations often happen in quarters.

    Currently, a quarterly report can only be conducted by manually adjusting the "Specific" Time Period filter accordingly, e.g. to "2024/01/01 - 2024/03/31" to report data from Q1, then again for Q2 and so on. This is tedious from user perspective.
