The employees would like to see all floor plans with the code numbers of the places, not just their group's.

Need to have DNS2 field in Condeco Room V2 Screen Static IP network configuration page
Integrating DNS2 can provide several advantages, such as redundancy. a DNS2 as our backup. If one is unreachable, the other automatically steps in to answer queries. That way, Condeco Room V2 screen is always accessible.

Zoom in and zoom out for a floorplan
Dear Eptura, we would like to suggest, if you can install a zoom in and zoom out function in the web application of Condeco.
Many of our users are complaining, they would like to zoom in the floorplan for a better view, but it is not possible.
It would be good, if you can implement that zoom function for better user experience.

Ability for managers to view their team/department's in office schedule
It would be really helpful for managers to see their team/department's in office schedule, this will give them a good indication of their team's attendance in the office instead of having to pull reports for each department or providing admin access to managers and having to give them training on how to pull the reports. This will be especially useful in offices where there is a mandatory return to the office and employees are required to attend a set amount of days.

Grid - Increase column width with all information of "To"
In our company, we find that the "To" visibility is limited. Especially, when we have meetings booked for several days. We'd like to see the date and hour in the "To" column so when there's events for several days we can see when it finishes and we ensure that the booking is well done.

Conflict Transparency
When users attempt to book a recurring meeting they are only shown rooms that are 100% available for all occurrences of the meeting sequence. Most leaders in this space are able to show conflicts to allow for one-off modifications (say 9 meetings in Room A, and 1 meeting occurrence in Room B due to an existing booking). At minimum showing the conflict would allow the users to adapt. Preferably an ability for the system to allow for exception booking for small number of conflicts that could be pre-set (i.e. show me rooms that meet 90% of my meeting dates and…

Your Team function - Posibilty to see the booked desk of your colleagues
It would be fantastic if you could view the booked desks in the "Your Team" overview. This enhancement would significantly improve usability by making it easier to coordinate the optimal office day for working alongside your colleagues.

confirmation emails for room bookings in M365
Room Bookings do not get sent a confirmation email if the booking is made via the Outlook Add-In. A confirmation email from Condeco would be really useful especially in troubleshooting issues with the Add-In

Colour of available desks when already booked
The new update shows all desks in grey if you have a desk already booked so you can't double book. However many of our users book for others and it would be extremely useful if desks available for others were shown in a different colour.
For example:
Show an available desk as green if you personally haven't booked a desk for that day.
Show an available desk as amber if you personally have a desk booked but there are available desks of which your colleagues can be booked into that day.

Request button should show as 'Book' for admins in Outlook add-in
Rooms in managed groups can be booked directly by admins but in Condeco Add-In in Outlook the button is always "Request", for all levels of admins. The Request will then get approved automatically, however this causes confusions and the admins think they have to request and action their own requests. Please make the button relfect the admin level and show "Book" instead of "Request". Thank you!

when you close a location, please allow the date format to be MM/DD/YYYY

change auto cancellation date for a closed resource
Bookings created under a resource that is closed are cancelled when the scheduler runs on the day before a booking. This also sends a cancellation email. Sending a cancellation a day before is not enough time to look for another resource.

Hi team, we would like the ability to auto populate the URL during the registration steps for the Condeco add-in so that users do not have to type this in. This is a big request from our colleagues and it would be ideal if we can have this implemented

Can't see room attributes on a small screen resolution when searching for rooms
When you search for rooms, you get a result list. However, on smaller display resolutions and screen sizes, the room attributes are hidden unless you scroll horizontally on the results list. One would not expect to scroll horizontally because the room booking button stays on the screen. Windows machines automatically scale text to 150% on laptop screens that are 15" with 1920x1080 resolution. This causes the room attributes to become hidden by the book button.

Unset the In-office status when I cancel a desk reservation.

Develop a mobile app that supports conditional access
we provision our users in SCIM and log in with SSO. Our company has strict security guidelines and conditional access activated. Use of the condeco app is not possible because there is no sdk app to manage in Intune.

Access Previous Data
Would like the ability to see who canceled conference rooms/workspace same day or previously with the ability to review over the past month or so. Possibly with the ability to run a report.
