  1. Include an 'Add All' button when adding attributes to resources from resource admin. Then you can quickly unselect attributes that are not provided with the resource.

  2. On the booking grid when the time of the booking is over you cannot extent the booking any more. it is important to be able to extend it even if the booking is considered in the past as many times we need to give them more time and there is no other way to block the space other than booking a whole new booking all over again.

  3. Show visitor's name ( when registering them ) that have been here in the past so we can choose "autofill" and this way we could see the previous host and all other details. This could speed up the prosses so much and help us find details that people usually do not remember. ( They usually give us random names other than the host and this delays everyone. Also creates confusion.
    Some other times we do not get an answer back from the host and it would be nice to ask if the second host that is on the system could…

  6. Good morning all,
    Thank you for giving the opportunity to request an improvement in Condeco.
    We would really appreciate if you could add the selection of departing Time in the menu " Import Visitors", as for now it proposed only to chose the arrival time but not the departure ...
    In fact we add lists of visitors by importing them in excel format and after that we have to open each visitor profile in Condeco to add the Departure TIME, and it can take us a lot of time.

  7. Add waitlist feature for offices that are extremely busy and have limited space - users can get on a waitlist and if a reservation is released, the person of the waitlist gets notified

  10. when booking via the web we should be able to also automatically include the technology. it works in outlook as well as the mobile app. it would make sense that when booking via the web it would invite the MTR especially since the MTR email address is added in the resource which is ON the web

  12. Once a location is closed they should disappear from the drop down under groups as well as resources page. Its too busy no need to view buildings or resources which are closed. we can't delete our buildings just yet but don't need to see the groups. or maybe add the closed groups in a different location

  13. Roll out new view of 'Book on behalf of' to also include the booking grid, not just 'book a personal space' tab. Feels disjointed that only one screen has the new view!

  14. The meeting room screens lose their OAuth registration after only 3599 seconds (1hr) - This is way too short of a time.

    This timeline needs to be extended to 24hrs.
    There also needs to be a way to re-auth the devices without needing to sign in via MSFT for each device.
    If an entire building loses connectivity due to an outage for more than 1hr, and there are 50-100+ screens, the impact of needing each screen to be touched individually either in person or remotely, is not realistic or feasible. This definitely needs addressing as this just happened to us…

  17. Several places will have a certain number of slots for parking at the office and it would be great if one could tick off when the car space is needed when booking the seat. If there isn't a slot, then you should get a message saying that it is over the limit that day.

  18. The ability for anyone to end a booking with authentication. Currently cloud only allows the person that made the booking to end a booking at the sign. If that person does not show up and auto bump is not turned on then the reservation can not be ended unless you get the reservation team involved.

  19. Current functionality only allows to set a maximum of slots per week or month. Suggest adding the ability to set a maximum of slots per day. Users are currently only coming to the office once but are booking multiple desks on the same day for their colleagues

  20. When searching for open rooms in the Outlook add-in, you can only select one building (unlike the web where you can select multiple buildings). It would be helpful to be able to select multiple buildings since a business or campus may have multiple buildings in the same city that are physically close to each other.
