  1. The shade of gray currently used for booked slots in the booking grid does not contrast strongly enough with the shade of gray in the calender, so the beginning and end of a booked slot sre difficult to recognize.

  3. Can an API endpoint be created for meeting room check ins? We have an automated process in place to check in users today when they arrive to the office. We want to offer the option for the user to allow check ins for their reserved meeting room books when checked into the office. Thank you.

  4. Add a flag or something to denote that a visitor has notes attached to their profile. So that each visitor profile does not have to be manually checked on the day for notes- making the use of this function more speedy and beneficial to admins.

  6. Currently, when you export user reports and include Last Login field, it does not include mobile app logins. This means the last log in date can be misleading if the user primarily uses the mobile app rather than the desktop.

  7. Currently employees are making bookings by editing existing bookings = extending that Nokia would like to block
    only bookings can be edited BUT NOT extended for future bookings

  8. At this time, the YourTeam list can be edited only by selecting a single line and clicking Remove. Allow multi-selection to be able to delete many at once, or to perform other functions when they are introduced, such as group YourTeam members.

  9. We would like our customers to be able to view a meeting room map/floorplan when they are booking meeting rooms using the plug-in versus having to go to the desktop version to view a map/floorplan. A weblink to a floorplan in the plug-in would be helpful.

  10. Color Codes for Users in the advanced booking grid.

    can you adjust the advanced booking grid view for normal users to see the color codes of the meeting typ? At the moment these users can only see the color codes in the normal booking grid.

    Only group administrators an higher privileged users can see the color codes in both grids atm.

  11. Booking Grid - Search entire building/site instead of individual floors. In the Booking Grid under Personal Spaces, we can only search by floors and not the entire building. Can you add an ALL option to search all floors of one building/site? Thank you.

  12. Condeco goes in "Stand By" mode too quick. Frequent users like our receptionists has to click "resume" button often. Ideally, we should be able to configure per tenant the idle time in the application.

  14. Filter 'my bookings' by person booked for.

    Add the ability to 'filter' the 'booked for' column on the my bookings tab under personal spaces.

    When booking on behalf on multiple users, it would be really handy to filter the list so I can see one persons bookings at a time!

  15. We got multiple managed groups under one location. It’s only possible to filter using either location or workspace type in Request module. It would be easier for our teams to manage requests if it was also possible to filter based on Group. Since we are using multiple workspace types for one group, it becomes frustrating to always have to filter on each workspace type.

  16. I have many buildings for different companies and so different admins. But I have no way to set "region" admin.
    Country and building are not enough : I need an intermediate level for cities or companies or regions for example.

  19. It would be very helpful to be able to report an issue in the meeting room equipment via the display.

    Possibly using free text or a stored form that is displayed on the screen.

    It may be possible to group the topics so that different people are contacted depending on the defect.

    In the background, one or more contact e-mail addresses can be stored individually for each meeting room.
