Add region as selection option for meeting rooms in web portal

Ability to choose the region AND location when booking a meeting room in the web portal, for ease and convenient filter

Hi Sharon, it may be that 'Regions' are set to disabled in Global Settings. If they are enabled then 'Region' selection will start showing in the application
