  1. Dear Condeco, we would like to propose an extension for Condeco, for a daily notification, when we book a working place.

    It would be really useful, when we receive morning when we are working in a office a notification about our booked place, together with the place ID, where we will seat.
    It can be in form of a mobile notification, or an automatic reminder from Outlook. This will be a user friendly solution for everybody, which help to quickly check where we have our booked place without opening the application.

  2. Dear Condeco team, we would like to propose a useful feature in Condeco application. It would be nice if there will be also a possibility to create a calendar entry directly from a booking confirmation email. (for example using an ics file). That could be a useful option for vacations, for example. When this calendar entry will be part of the email, you can open it and give it to your calendar. That feature will have a benefit of a better user experience and help people to add in calendar entries, via which they can inform everybody about their absence…

  4. Business hours for catering are needed (only room opening times possible). Otherwise the Caterer has effort to adjust Catering Times. It suggests to the customer that orders can be placed at any time. Extra handling is then necessary and feedback with the customer, which leads to extra effort and displeasure on the part of the customer.

  5. Currently, the clock/time is in Military Time. Change the clock/time to 12 hours using AM/PM since this is the format most people view the time.

  7. Would like to suggest to add another admin access level only for reporting. Where in an admin user will only have capability to generate or create a reports for all locations or countries.

  8. Field for "city" to be added to the application + allow free text for "organization" -> both categories should be also added to SCIM (so that at the moment of new user creation also city and organization is populated in condeco profile).

  9. When uploading floor plans on condeco admin, application setup. The floor number appears but not the alternative name. Doing this, makes uploading maps with alt names easier to find, other than gathering the info from locations and then having to reference it.

  10. It would be good if any amendments made to bookings were clearly highlighted on the Auto Amendment E-mail sent to the requestor/host etc.

  11. Currently the visibility of bookings on the booking grid is controlled by the ‘view other users bookings’ option on the group level.

    When users opt-out of ‘Allow colleagues to see my status and personal space location’ on their profiles, we expect the user’s privacy choice will supersede group settings and hide the users' bookings on the booking grid regardless of the fact that ‘view other users bookings’ is enabled on a group level.

  12. We want to be able to click a button to force the sync between Exchange and Condeco as and when we need to. We are facing a lot of issues with auto-cancelling of bookings. If we have a button to force the sync, that functionality should be able to refresh the connection and remove any conflicts that are occurring with Condeco and Exchange too.

  13. Meeting Rooms booking - system. Currently, there is no way to limit the Admin access to User Management only. If we would want the Front Desk/1st line, to do the user management(add/remove/Email PIN) we would have to allow for global access. The Global, Regional, Local admin groups are pretty much irrelevant in that sense. The implementation of a Users Admin Group Level would be very useful in limiting access to the rest of the setup, ideally, this access level will only be able to add basic user accounts.

  14. There are often little rows and many pages for navigation in admin portal. For example desk attributes in Meta Admin and Resource administration.

    Please increase number of rows or best to make it infinite. Better to scroll than to have to select pages.

    Meta administration starts a new page after 10! rows. At this point I have still half of screen white space under that.

  15. Not all admins in the screen manager portal wants to receive the heartbeat notification emails. It should allow customising to only those admins that wanted it, especially for those global instance shared across many countries and many admins.

  16. Be more inclusive. Add pronouns to the drop down list when selecting Mr, Miss, Ms, etc. i.e. he/his/him, etc.

  17. Just a minor thing but when viewing the Contact Report the line spacing is determined by the number of lines on the report, so if there is only one desk booking shown it appears in the middle of the page rather than at the top directly below the column headings which looks odd and not in keeping with other pages/lists.

    Can this be changed?

  19. I think its crucial to implement an area of the system which gives any changes made by users and admins alike.

    This can be monitored to undo any mistakes and fix system issues.

    Suggestion is to make the option available for all users, with the option to filter the user access levels in the system.

    Group Admins
    Location Admins
    Global Admins

    A system changelog would help with general changes that are constantly rolling out, i know we can find this on the website however it should be included within the cloud.

  20. Certain configuration changes within the application should have the 4-eyes principle, where the changes can only be activated when approved by two authorized persons.
