  1. Email Template : currently Condeco has a maximum of 255 characters in the "To" field in the email template on group level.
    In order to add more email addresses the max character number needs to be extended.

  2. It would be better to have 'Personal spaces' prioritized at top of the left hand panel over 'Meeting space' to help avoid confusion. Most folks use it to book a workstation so that should be at the forefront of usability! It's not as intuitive in its current state and this flip would help with that!

  3. It would be good if on the left side navigation menu of web application the Personal Spaces was above the Room Reservations.
    Many users are using web application to book desks only and it would make navigation easier for offices where Room Reservations is a managed service.

  4. We would like to configure a BCC forward on all emails sent to staff regarding when their booking is going to be bumped. I was able to set up a bcc on all booking cancellation emails but don’t see the bump email template that could be edited.

  5. Please give us a deity function. This means that we would have a group of users who have total access. they can book any desk for anyone outside the normal window (like if our company can book 2 weeks out, they can book beyond that). They can make recurring bookings on behalf of others, etc.

  6. I would like to have other / further designations for the title of a user such as further academic titles (Bachelor, Master, Diplom, ...) or a possibility to customize the options for titles.

  7. Enable admins to book in advance of other users for personal and meeting spaces. This would empower organisations that use executive/personal assistants to ensure leadership diaries were managed more effectively

  8. Not everyone uses MS Teams or Zoom so please put some effort into the Webex integration.

  9. When moving users from one building to another we are requesting to be able to modify multiple groups at once in bulk. To either remove or provide access for multiple users.

  10. Currently, only the first designated Global Admin present in the database is receiving notifications after the nightly user deletion job is run.

    Can all global admin receive or have an option to receive or not.

  11. We would like for the resources and services picked for one meeting to be populated in the same line item. For example:
    book a meeting space, book equipment for that space..ie: projector and laptop. When generating the reports every meeting end up with one line item per each item selected, resulting in multiple entries for the same meeting.

  12. Overview for admins which orders have already been processed or still need to be processed (currently missing) within passed bookings.
    It is not clear which bookings have already been processed ("Approved for billing") --> extra column or filter option possible?
    It is not clear for admin operations which bookings have to be checked and processed at all (only those in which costs (catering/room rental etc.) have been incurred. --> extra column or filter option possible?

  13. Room costs per room must be maintainable. There must be the possibility of maintaining the room costs per day as a flat rate (regardless of the duration of the meeting). A cost overview for the customer is essential. Today it can only be maintained in a roundabout way (minimum costs on an hourly basis). The daily costs must then be taken per day, even if a room booking extends over several days. Currently, it is not clearly visible to the customer that the costs for the room booking are a flat rate, which is not justifiable.

  15. Attributes for rooms and desks cannot be ordered in a customized way. It is always alphanumerical.
    It shall be possible for the admin to cluster/sort the order of attributes manually.

  16. We have a lot of groups and we would like to see who is responsible for the group or who is the owner of the group.

    It would be nice to have additional field in the group settings menu indicating the people who are responsible for the group and allowed to change the settings.

  17. SCIM provisioning integration with the Sailpoint application. Currently Condeco supports OKTA but would like to see this for SailPoint. Organizations that don't or can't use OKTA or Azure to provision users, access and groups, would like to see development with other applications.

  19. Allow admin accounts to alias as different users to test what the site looks like for different users with different permissioning.
    This will also be helpful for trainings and demos to illustrate what the site will look like for the end user based on their permissioning.
