  1. I would like to suggest to include the 'Booking ID' data in the reporting for Desk Booking as this would be a big help for admins for the following reason. Similar we have for meeting room

    1. User reference regarding their booked desk
    2. For troubleshooting purpose
    3. Reporting Analysis - 'Booking ID' is the only unique data that we can use for filtering and analyzation

  2. Currently Desk Booking reports will not show the correct data if a desk is used by multiple people in the same AM/PM slot. It will either not record or overwrite.
    It would be helpful to accurately show all bookings made for a desk on a day as some desks can be used by multiple people.

  3. On current builds the custom reports no longer saves the values entered in the results filter boxes.
    Each time an admin runs a report they have to re-populate the filters which can be time consuming.
    The previous versions where these filter values were retained was user friendly and saved administrators valuable time.

  4. Currently only service items booked via Room Booking are included in 'BookingItems' table. It would be good to see items booked via Delivery Points as well so users could run analytics regarding total number of service items ordered.

  5. Shell would like the Desk reports within 'Advanced reports' to show users email and Condeco username. At the moment only full name is shown and if users have the same name, it is very difficult to identify which user has actually the desk booked or been in the office recently.

    Fields to be added:

    Condeco Username
    User Email Address

    Due to the large number of historical requests, we are closing some suggested ideas so that we can focus on more recent and popular ones.   6. Omnicom have requested the ability to pull all 'Group Settings/Business Rules' as an advanced report. This will help them monitor any changes and ensure settings are consistent across the groups when making updates. At the moment, each group settings have to be checked individually and this can be very time consuming, especially when there is a significant amount of groups.

  7. The standard report "Desk Bump" appears incorrect.
    It contains entries with "Is Bumped?" flag 0 and 1. I'd expect it to only include 1s, unless the criteria to identify bumped desks is something else.
