User Report that shows each user and their access (role)
We need to have a report that can be run to show all of our users and the role they are assigned to: Global Admin, Country Admin, Location Admin, User, Group Admin, Video Administrator.
When this information was requested to Condeco Support the response was their would be a charge. We should not be charged for a report we can not run on own if we had access to the data via a report.

A column in the basic user reports that shows whether an account is "Active" or "Suspended"
As Admin, it would be good to be able to filter on "Active" or "Suspended accounts"

Report functionality to allow me to select the "custom fields" that are in the booking form
Currently, you are not able to select custom fields in the "field selection" screen of the Reporting
For example, we need to have a room number associated to visitors on the reports

Generate a report to show when users first registered and their last sign in
Ability to create/run a report for all users to show when they first registered and their last log-in. It would help to manage the number of unused accounts. With a bit more work, it could even have the functionality to generate a history to show users who are most active.

Attribute Reporting
Ability to have reporting for room attribute data identified and available for reporting and analysis. Example: Understand utilization of seats with sit stand, or 4K attributes, or video conferencing equipment.

Provide a guide or tooltips for 'Advanced Reporting' fields
The 'Advanced Reporting' feature has some fields that are not self-explanatory. Please provide a guide within the existing online manuals (ideally with examples) or add 'tooltips' that appear when you hover / mouseover on a field.
2 votesTooltips have been added to all fields on the reporting module. However, we will be looking to redesign the look and feel of the reporting module and will update the tooltip wording when these pages are reviewed

Add field 'Default Desk Group' to Field Selection in User reports
In a setup with many Group Admins, it is currently not possible to create a report listing the admins per group as this field is missing in the Field Selection window. You can only select to display the country and the location but not drill down further.
