  1. It would be helpful if we could view sign details in the Sign Admin Portal and from the Admin view on the physical scree.

  2. When you display a floor plan, it is shown without the bookable desks. You have to click on the "enlarge" option to show the green dots. This seems like a pointless step. It should just display the dots immediately (the enlarged map)

  3. If an equipment item is not available on any of the dates for a recurring meeting room series, the pop-up alert will ask us whether we want to proceed and book the whole series without the item or cancel and go back.
    It would make more sense if the facility got booked for the dates available and only exclude the date where there is no facility available.

  4. When a meeting is declined or auto-Bump, there is a notification send to all the participants. We want to send it just for the organiser and not for the participant. Otherwise this can be confusing.

  8. We find that our meetings take 4 minutes to appear on the room booking screens. We are booking directly from Outlook or Teams.
    I have been advised this setting is configured in Exchanged and is known as 'TTL' and it is not recommended to reduce the time in this setting. If we do, it will cause issues with meetings not behaving as they should.

    4 minutes is too long and users in that time period can walk up to the room booking screen and try to book another meeting if the organisers havent yet occupied the space. This is very…

  12. Provide a "Help link" or a help icon in the web app and Room finder app.
    The help link when clicked should open <Company> SharePoint page which has all the tutorials and FAQs in one place.

    The help icon can be a question mark inside a circle.

    This will help users get quick help inside the apps instead of searching for the SharePoint help page outside.

  14. Currently, when you confirm a room booking, you will see an upcoming booking confirmation on the Eptura Engage page which will state: the meeting name, the date and time, the location, workspace type and status.
    However, it frustratingly does not tell you what meeting room you had just booked without having to click on another page or wait for an email confirmation to come through and remind you which room you had booked. Is there any way to add a column which shows you what room you have booked at an easy first glance?

  16. Make it easy to cancel room bookings. My today page doesn't let me, clicking on the meeting only allows me to edit it. To go to booking grid or advanced grid I have to fill in 100s of extra details like multiple memorable words.

    This is already possible in Condeco.  If an admin sets the "additional information" of a catering item then this text will appear in a popup from an "i" icon next to the dropdown menu in the booking form.

  19. Currently in outlook add-in (Smart Calendar) displays user's last name instead of user's first name or full name.
    In our exchange level, our display name saved in the format of Lastname, Firstname and i understand that Condeco add-in picks up and display the first part of the display name base from the exchange settings.
    I spoke with our exchange team and was advised that it is not possible for them to make this change due to dependencies.

  20. Hello Condeco,

    many of our users are complaining about the Today page. Lot of us are using Today page to make a quick booking, but here I am able to select any date which I want to find a bookable space.
    Of course this will not work, because when a location will have 3 weeks booking period and I select a space for end of next Month, I am able to search for it, but the result will be 0 as I can make bookings just 3 weeks in advance.

    This is really bad and confusing for all users.
