  2. In Application Setup \ Resources - when looking at a specific desk group the "Name" ordering is NOT alphabetical. It would be very helpful to fix the sorting options please. It seems that the resources appear in resource ID order - that is completely useless, we have named the desks deliberately to help us but your web page doesnt let us use that for sorting.

  3. A waiting list for available desks on a specific day would be really useful to avoid needing to keep checking back to see if someone has cancelled. It would also be beneficial if we weren't 'grouped' with a floor per group and we could check available desks on any open floor at once.

  4. If a user has booked a desk for a certain day/period, the system should automatically submit a message on the respective day that the user has booked the desk and is now asked to check in, otherwise the booking will expire and the desk becomes available.

  5. Upon making a desk booking, instead of getting a confirmation email, could we get a note in our calendar on the day(s) of the booking i.e. for instance maybe a reminder at 7.30am 'you are booked in desk number XX'

  7. It would be great to see how many % of the tables in an area are booked, or how many % of a division/department are present on a specific day. It would help with deciding if it's a good day to come to the office or not.

  8. At present, the bump email can only be changed in the back end by Condeco. If it is made into a template, then admins can change the text of the email, as well as use the template fields to include different information and indicate who it must go to.

    At present, the bump email goes to the Requestor. There's equal or more value in the bump email going to the Host too, as the Host was the one who was expected to attend the booking but never started the booking.

  9. It would be good to be able to brand emails that are sent to users with the logo of the company and some custom wording. Condeco doesn't mean anything to most users and they disregard the emails.

  10. I hate that the system is constantly timing me out, or logging me out. I'm in this calendar multiple times and hour and way too many times a day. Please remove the time out.

  11. I would like to be able to move a primary room in a multi room booking to another room. I would like to do this whether this is a Video Conference meeting or not.

  12. Currently, the title for private bookings - "Private Meeting", displayed on Wayfinder screen or Room Booking grid shows as it is even for languages other than English. The functionality works well for hiding the title of any private meeting/booking and masking it as "Private Meeting" but for languages other than English, there is no translation for the masked title. The title comes as "Private Meeting" even for languages like Spanish, German or French.

    This customization needs to be taken care of and should be implemented for all languages.

    1. What area is the Request for (I.e. Visitor Management, Booking Form, Outlook Add-in)? Room Booking and Email Templates
    2. What are you trying to achieve? What is your end objective? Email templates should have variable called 'Booking - LastUpdatedBy' which could be inserted in the template

  13. Currently when searching for a host when doing a room booking, if type the person's name, if their are multiple entries for different people with the same name, only email addresses can delineate the difference.

    At times, people may not immediately recognise the email address, so adding in say the business category (if that was the division someone worked in within your business) as a bracketed value after their name might make the task easier when searching through a list of people with the same names.

  14. Hello team, this is very critical and needs your immediate attention and action..
    Holiday Calendar is a simple and basic function that all calendars have, you need to improve your system and options to meet customer demand.
    It is a major thing when you have a booking system to mark or close rooms for holidays so the employees are aware that they can't make any bookings on those days.. and it is not practical at all that you can highlight or close the rooms for a date by date!! this should be applicable to adding multiple non-consecutive closure dates.

  15. We would like to have a weekly view of the meeting spaces advanced grid. We use our meeting rooms for clinical activity and this view will enable us to get a snapshot view of the activity taking place and rooms that are vacant across the week.

  16. We currently don't have ability to use the same parameters on other platforms like mobile app and Smart Calendar which are currently being used on web application.

    We would like a consistent user experience and mandatory parameters when users booking a room in the web application are not available when booking a room from Smart Calendar or Mobile app.

  17. We need the ability to update the Add Services to your booking email generated when users book using the Outlook Add-in. The Add Services to My Booking button should be placed at the top of the email message. We have over 150 catering items along with Equipment and AV Services and that current placement of the button requires the user to scroll to the bottom of the email message. The user is not going to see the button given the length of the email and the amount of scrolling required. If possible, I would prefer not to list the Catering…

  18. As a user, I would like a report/dashboard to forecast in-office/remote availability of person or group of people within the company for a period of time (day, week, month or quarter) to plan my visits

  19. Although I have saved translations for attributes in german in the resource form editor, the attributes are only displayed in English. A translation would be helpful for the german users.
