breakout
the condeco app or addon should be able to manage a selection of either one meeting room or multiple rooms booked during the same day and possibly same times but different durations. this is important in many cases of breakout rooms. we hae a boardroom which we book but we want to also have the option to book a number of smaller breakout rooms during the same time the main boardroom is booked. the boardroom can be booked from 9 to 3pm while the breakout rooms can be booked from 1 to 2 for example.

Make selecting room setup more user friendly. User shouldn't have to go to Equipment tab in order to notify the vendor.
Users have to do 2 things in 2 different places in order to select room setup. Most users think that selecting room setup in the general tab is the end of the story and often forget that they need to go to the equipment tab so that the vendor will get notified. Omit the use of the Equipment tab, it is not intuitive and user friendly. Tie everything into the one step at the General tab.

Can we remove the options for Peel or Fry for visitors? Apparently the front desk can't 'see' them unless it's 2MS so maybe just leave that as the only option?

parking
Hello, would it be possible to include tracking for parking cards? Similar to the desk booking it would be really helpful if users could book parking cards and therefore the cards get automatically released if the person is not coming to the office. Happy to discuss further.

Personal spaces should disappear if there are no resources
We have 2 locations in Condeco: one (A) has resources of Personal Spaces, the other (B) doesn't. When employees from B look into the application, they see "Personal spaces" on the left side, although they are not available at their location. This could cause confusion for some employees of location B.

floor maps
People often search where is located the meeting room they booked, mostly in the T3. They only have the room name (not the room Nr, nor the floor level). I suggest these names be put on the floor maps
