  2. Would be good if we could also book desks for colleagues.

    At the moment booking is completed individually - would be more efficient to allow booking for teams collectively.

    To avoid mass booking abusing the system, it should send an "I confirm" email to others (desk isn't yours until you confirm you want it).

  4. We use the Booking Request template to CC our Reception team, so they know to review a booking request that contains special instructions or catering. However, if a requestor clicks "No" to receiving an email notification, the reception team do not receive the notification.

    I'd like the option to disable this prompt, so emails are generated regardless. This already happens for cancellations etc, so why not for the original request?

  5. Create a list of words that if presented in the meeting title, automatically confirm the meeting.

    for some maintenance activities, we need to book in advance a room for a full day. We usually set "Maintenace" in the title.
    having a defined tag or word will avoid that reservation will be deleted automatically as not confirmed.

  6. We use CData drivers to connect the condeco database with Tableau and we noticed that the Bookings Table doesn't contain Workspace types (like Desk, Parking Space, Locker, Huddle Space, phone booth, etc). We create reports which should show the data about booked workspace types so we kindly ask you to add this data to the table.

  7. when i come into the office (once a week or so) i often forget to check in my desk. the reminder email comes 5 minutes before the booking is cancelled. as checking in takes at least a minute or two that gives a 3 minute window. why not send the reminder an hour earlier or just send reminders at hourly intervals from the start of the day. i understand some people might book for periods of less than a day but 5 minutes is not enough!
    in addition if i forget i can not re-book the desk as it says…

  8. When a booking has already been made and you would like to make changes to certain component like date, sitting position or room. There should be provision to change this individual components, instead of cancelling the entire booking and starting from beginning.

  10. Wirth the new Office 365 Add-in, an Admin can no longer make any changes to the booking.
    This has to be done by the Calendar owner it was booked in!!

    Orange banner across top of invite saying to edit date time title requester etc please open original invite in Outlook.

    So in this instance no one else can make changes if the owner of the booking is unavailable or access to her calendar is limited

  11. Hi Team, I tried to register my user email with yongxiang.lim@sg.fcm.travel but it showed invalid characters due to domain name with sg.fcm.travel. It was works in the past.

    Tengo dos sugerencias:
    1.- Que no sea necesario cada ves que ingresamos a la aplicación indicar país, debiese estar fijo / modificable.

    2.- A esta hora no es posible reservar puesto para la semana siguiente. Sólo tengo disponible hasta el domingo 27.02.

  13. Can you please allow the option to add services to bookings by default on Smart Calendar Add-in.

    This works fine on the COM Add-in so why are we loosing functionality on new products?

  16. The meeting room name should be visible on the overview page (Your bookings). Should be unnecessary to open Edit to view which room you have booked.

  17. Please can we have an option to go directly to the floor view for a specific date, without having to search for a colleague first, and then easy ability to change days in that view. Also please can we view all seats for the whole floor, without having to switch between teams and "overflow", as it is very frustrating to not be able to see where everyone is simultaneously.
    I also raised previously a request to not default to the "Today" screen every time the application is launched. I would imagine it is extremely uncommon that people launch the application…

  18. Option for staff to book spaces in other locations without having to change the default settings e.g. NL based staff who travel to the UK can book a desk for few days in London without changing their NL default location on profile

  19. Your booking tool is not working, it shows I reached my maximum bookings.
    That is not only wrong, it creates an uncertainty for my work.
    I strongly ask you to fix this, as there is a danger too many people coming into the office with this tool not working.
