Calendar Invite
It would be great if the system could send a calendar invite to you confirming the room/desk booking as an invite for the actual times. Could default to 'free' so as not block out the day! Eitehr send automatically, offer the option for an emailed calendar invite of offer the option to download an ical/ics file.

for web version of BookING-Tool
please provide the plan of the area (floor plan) with the functionality of booking a working place. Seeing the number of the working place only is not sufficient.
In the App for to book over iPhone the area plan (floor plan) is provided.

Closing down areas on various dates
Allow you to close down areas on dates in advanced. At the moment, i can only close down areas on one set date at a time which unfortunately will most likely mean we will have to look at alternate ways of dealing with all our bookings

Remove "Clean" status from Booking Grid
If the client is not utilizing the “clean” function for desk and meetings, client should have the ability to remove this demarcation from the grids so users do not get a false positive.

Ability to Hide Meeting Spaces from Enterprise
Clients should have the ability to “hide” meeting spaces in the enterprise application since it needs to be booked in MS Outlook to properly communicate on their calendars. At the very least, the page should default to personal spaces, not meetings spaces, once the today page is closed.

text colour contrast not visible in dark mode - e.g. the "floorplan" button
In dark mode some buttons are not readable - the floorplan one. So I spent a long time searching for it, to find it was the text colour that is the problem. Please review colour contrast for dark mode and confirm to me so that I can update colleagues: jennifer.offord@homesengland.gov.uk

You have been logged out page is annoying
each day when I open the site it says "you have been logged out" and i have to click a button. Could it just take me straight to the login page like most other websites in this instance? it's just a minor annoyance every day
