Meeting room name to be visible on Your bookings
The meeting room name should be visible on the overview page (Your bookings). Should be unnecessary to open Edit to view which room you have booked.

Direct access to floor plan and easy options for alternative days within that view
Please can we have an option to go directly to the floor view for a specific date, without having to search for a colleague first, and then easy ability to change days in that view. Also please can we view all seats for the whole floor, without having to switch between teams and "overflow", as it is very frustrating to not be able to see where everyone is simultaneously.
I also raised previously a request to not default to the "Today" screen every time the application is launched. Your booking tool is not working, it shows I reached my maximum bookings.
That is not only wrong, it creates an uncertainty for my work.

When you select Hove City Park - B1, you lose the ability on the grid to see how many can fit within a room.
However if you select Hove City Park - B2, you can see it...

booking different desks in a day
I have booked a hot desk for tomorrow but now need to book a quiet space for me to minute a meeting at 2pm. The system won't let me back in to look at spaces for tomorrow's date as it says i already have a personal space booked and has now greyed out this date. I was then told it grey's out if there are no spaces left available, however on looking on the floor plan i can see green dots over several desks so this cannot be the reason? How do i get around this please as i need…

Please block the use of meeting rooms for single person use. They are being abused and we can't use them for true meetings.

It would be nice if I can set like an notification if a desk got free for a specific date - in some cases all the desks are prebooked for a certain time bot get cancelled later on and at the moment I regularly have to check the date manually

Post reservation policies where they're easy to find.
List policies that are in effect for workspaces, offices, or the firm, for easy access by someone reserving. For instance, if I try to reserve in Chicago, I can only see a calendar a week out. Went through a lot of trouble and Help Desk time to find out that Chicago only allows a week, while other offices have longer durations. This is confusing and time consuming.
