What the room looks like is important depending on the type of meeting that we are having. if we are asking for a price decrease for example it is more appropriate not to use a room that has just been refurbished... also it would help when deciding what attire /kit to bring, some rooms are warmer than others , some stuffy- some cooler, this can be judged by the image quite well. How the room looks also lends itself to the vibe of the meeting.

Focus should always be on the screen I came from
Meeting Spaces: When I click on a room number (in the "Meeting spaces" column), I see a picture of the room. When I click on the image to enlarge it, a new tab opens. There is no back button, etc now, so I need to close the tab with the enlarged image. The focus should now be on the window I came from, which is the small window with the room details. Preferred hoteling seat in profile
It would be nice to specify default hoteling space/seat (if available) in Profile/Personal spaces.
This would make it convenient for booking every time.
