  1. Can you integrate condeco with Outlook to show which desk has been booked and facilitate confirming attendance on the day?

  3. Under the attendees tab it would be useful to remove the email box, causes some issues with updating meetings and data breach by attendees seeing each others email addresses

  5. If I try to locate a colleague, when I then click on "view" for his/her entry in the results, I can't see the position of that user, if he/she sits on a floor where I am not supposed to book a desk. All I want is to see where that guy sits, I do not want to book a place there as well.

  6. It would be good if you had a queuing system for spaces. Say a day is all booked up, I put my name down for the next available space. If someone unbooks their space, I either instantly get notified via Push Notification or email that a space has become available, or I automatically get given that space, if I am the next in line for one. Its quite annoying having to check back everyday to see if someone has unbooked a space

  7. Cannot find any info in user manual for meta admin - application setup.

    Changed personal space attributes and these are not showing in application setup - workspace types.

  8. Suggestion: Deep Services link email should contain the Meeting Title and Meeting date/time, this will greatly improve the User Experience

    Description:
    1. A user creates numerous room bookings via Condeco Room Finder in a short span of time
    2. The user will Services Deep Link email for each of these bookings per room
    3. The Deep Services link email contains only the Meeting Room Name along with the link
    4. The user has no clue for which meeting and for what date and time, he/she should add services for
    5. This is a poor User Experience

  9. Currently, there is no report available, if we want to check on how many/which desks were cleaned and when in the past by the cleaning Vendor. It would be a great help if this type of audit report is made available for the Admins.

  10. It would be a great help if we can add the Booked By details in the currently available Personal Spaces report. It will help us to track if a desk is booked by someone else on behalf of other.

  13. when searching for a personal space on a specific day the search results should be in order of what area you are assigned to and not show the entire floor of other groups. Your group should appear first

  15. Could you add functionality to check who has desk booked so we can check if they are using them? I hear regular cases of desks being booked and not used, currently I cannot book a desk for the 27th and have meetings near the office

  16. when I open the app on the desktop at the desk I have booked and it says 'checked in' don't bump me off the desk later saying I haven't checked in.

  18. Please could you add a reminder for Personal Spaces as you have done with Meeting Spaces? Many people in my organisation have requested this. Ideally the timing and wording of this would be configurable by the Admins.

  20. As we're being encouraged to come in to the office at least once a week, it would be good to have the functionality to see a weekly/Monthly view on how many days you have been in to the office. It would also be good if you could view it as a percentage for the week/month so that you can keep track if you need to increase your office hours.
