  3. Under Find a desk, @group level, there should be small ui balloons or numbers indicating the number of free desks per group. Once the number hits zero the balloon/number should be greyed out with a zero at it so someone knows there is no available desks.

  4. please connect this tool to powerBI and create some heatmaps drill down reports. At the moment this does not help in deciding when I should go to office to maximize the value of my time in office ..

  5. To comply to local fire rules, need to be able to list all employees in the building. Develop the On Break button for staff (similar to Visitors) avoiding for them to have to release their desk and book again after lunch break.

  7. Hy together,

    first I want to say. the system works fine, it was easy to book my place.

    Can we add other groups to the role / departement , e.g. "project member". Currently I choose the departement "IT" to be able to book. But I work in Kösching at the CARIAD project.

  8. How can we print a quick report on who is scheduled to be in the office on a certain day? When there is an emergency in the office (ie fire drill) we need to know quickly who is in the office. Is there a way to do this?

  10. On the floor I can book, when viewing the map you can quickly review who has booked in for the day. Can this feature be available when reviewing other floors on the day, currently it just shows the map without the status/bookings at each desk

  14. EMEETINGS DOES NOT WORK SUCCESSFULLY! My room booked and confirmed booked has been dbl booked and continues to show as an available room on the book a mtg space page. for the same time period.

  15. I'm trying to book on behalf of someone else - Internal, and their name in the tool. Once it select "search" error comes up saying the person doesn't have permission to book - but he does! Is there a "help desk" for this trial?

  16. We would find it very helpful if the attendee names appeared on the catering vendor dashboard report, along with whether they internal/external visitors, what company, and their e-mail.

PROBLEM TO SOLVE - When a visitor request is made through the 'Advanced' form, and the 'Purpose of Visit' = 'Internal', and the visitor is attributed to a meeting, the visitor is correctly added to the meeting as an attendee, but is incorrectly marked as an 'External' attendee on the meeting request form. It should inherit the 'Purpose of Visit' value (or at least the pass type) from the visitor form.
