    Thanks for your suggestion but this feature already exists in the product and is configured by your administrators per Group.

  2. Make checking into a desk possible without logging into the web-based system

    i.e. have a big CONFIRM button that is clickable in the reminder email.

    On a similar note, send the reminder earlier in the day, rather than at 10:51 for an 11:00 cut-off

  3. When assigning desks resources from one group to another, it would make more sense that after saving the resource, the admin user would be routed to the resource list of the group the resource has been transferred FROM instead to the resource list of the group the resource has been transferred TO.

    Whilst I do understand that if you are transferring multiple resources from one group to another it would be easier to go to the previous group, it could also be confusing if after save you cannot see the resource you moved in the list. In the future we will look to have an option to bulk move spaces from group to group.

  7. Would be good to quickly see on the Today Page, what's coming up tomorrow or the next couple of days so you can quickly cancel space etc. Obviously it might need to be called something other than the Today Page :)

  8. Hi, I have a suggestion - if I want to edit my booking, the time (which is for me the crucial part to be updated) should be more visible, now it is hard to find, where I can update the time.

    Additionally, when I update e.g. the starting time, the end time is being automatically adjusted and would prefer that it does not change.

  9. Would be easier for RTO Focal points to book desks for the team members 2 or 3 weeks ahead and make it reoccurring bookings. It would be helpful just in case if RTO focal point will be on leave or on sick leave.

  10. It is difficult to book a slot in days and weeks beyond the current one. I only have access to "far away" dayw in the screen just after the connexion. I do not find how to to this afterward.

  13. Wäre super wenn es möglich wäre eine Buchung zu registrieren. Dies funktioniert nicht, ... kein Buchungsabschluss möglich, der Arbeitsplatz wird immer wieder frei gegeben!!!!

  15. On the booking grid page I'd like to use this page to see who will be in office which days; which it sort of does, but there are a lot of blank cells.
    1. Would like the grid to remove blank boxes. Eliminate the row titles for desk #, and put the desk number in the box with the person's name. Would also like to select groups of people/departments rather than Location and Floor since I work with people in other locations.

  16. Sobald wir wieder im Vollbetrieb sind, wäre es hilfreich wenn man eine Meldung erhält, dass es wieder freie Plätze gibt, wenn jemand einen frei gibt. Oder auch eine Übersicht wie viele Plätze auf dem entsprechenden Stockwerk noch frei sind. Gruss Stefan

  17. Dear Condeco-Team, It would be great if you could also see the past months in the calendar, then you would have a reliable / error-free overview of when you were in the office and when you were in the home office. Currently you can only see the next 4 weeks and the history disappears.

  19. the find a colleague option is really confusing, what does one need to input here.

    I was keen to find a workspace close to my colleague who is also visiting the office on the same day.

    Can we have personal space as the first menu instead of meeting space.

    The UI is really sub optimal and very slow

  20. It would be useful to be able to book more than two weeks in advance. I have a need to work from the office on 15/9 but can't book it yet as at 27/8.

    This limitation also makes it difficult for anyone off for 2 weeks and wanting to book a desk for the week they're back in the office.

    Lastly, when I try to book 15/9 I get a generic message that there are no desks available which makes it seem as though they're all already booked. A message that specifically explains that the date chosen is too far…
