Extending and editing bookings that have ended
Would be great if we could add details to bookings once they have been placed in progress. If a meeting ends and it hasn't finished, would be great if we could edit the times to extend it and place it back in progress

Hourly booking repeat bookings for rooms
Is or can there be an option to have repeat booking hourly? Our PAs book hourly for our chiefs and then release when not required, but have to make 8x1 hour bookings and repeat would could down this process. They could then just delete the individual booking if it wasn't required for that hour.

Accessibility concerns
Hi, I'm neurodiverse and trying to use this site for the first time. It's difficult to explain why as I don't always understand these things myself. But, it's made me feel physically uncomfortable and frustrated. It doesn't seem to flow in an easy way or clear way. Advanced Meeting Check-in
The digital reservation boards outside of conference rooms need to allow the next meeting to "check in" before the previous meeting has concluded. Often I find that I cannot check in because there was a previous meeting still showing on the kiosk despite the room being vacant. It's difficult to remember to go back out and check-in at the exact meeting time when it shows up.
