  1. Would be good if Service items where listed in a chronologic order by time. When amending and booking and adding a new service item the new item is then just added to the bottom of the list. Users like to see a chronological by time list so it is easier for them to check.

  2. Hallo, nicht alle Kollegen benutzen Ihr Kontingent an Tagen im Büro. Wäre es denkbar eine Plattform zu haben wo man seine Tage anderen zu Verfügung stellen könnte die gerne mehr ins Büro kommen würden?

  3. Nella conferma e-mail sarebbe utile sapere anche per QUANDO è stata prenotata la scrivania. Inoltre agevolerebbe anche avere uno storico delle prenotazioni nell'area personale.

  5. Currently due to the nature of Outlook and Exchange Sync to Condeco anyone invited to a meeting is included as an attendee even if they decline the meeting.
    The impact of this is that they will also appear in Contact Tracing as attendees. It would be helpful to find a way to exclude those who decline meetings.

  6. I would like to book a desk for at least a 2 week period without the desk being released. Having to check the booking every day is a waste of time.

  7. It would be great if we could see a count of how many people have booked a desk per floor. Especially because we are scaling up our RtO by x% at a time, its nice to have a total number so I don't have to count to see how much capacity there is.

  8. I am unable to delete my booking. When I try to delete it, the screen will just refresh without deleting the booking. It would be great if the booking could be easily edited or deleted.

  10. There's a bug when booking car park space.
    If booking car space for different days, on the 1st booking select Reading - Car Park, Floor 0. Clicked on booked, then the system default the floor value to "1st Floor(1)" and there's no other value to select in the drop down list.
    I had to change the location back to Reading office and Reading Car Park to get Floor 0 value back in the drop down list

  11. When looking for a colleague, it would be good if I could type their name and see all of their bookings by date.

  12. When I’m looking at the floor plan it would be good to see the date at the top of the screen. Even better if the date was a drop-down, so I could quickly jump to a different date.

  18. Smart recurrences currently only give available alternative room for the entire series or nothing at all and does not mix and match if for instance, 8-9 meetings in the series of your chosen room is available.

    This functionality already works using the Condeco browser app, where an alternative room can be added with your room of choice, and one or instance in the series isn't available.

    Instead, the app should provide an alternative room to fill the gap for the 1 instance in the series that your chosen room cannot be met. e.g. 8 meeting in room A and 1…

  20. We need an option that allows us to indicate that we have attempted to "Check In" but haven't been able to because somebody else has incorrectly used the booked desk!
    This has now happened to me 4 times in the last 4 weeks.
