Remove default expanded 'room booking' menu
Currently the room booking menu is expanded by default, this causes confusion when booking a desk as users often select the wrong option. It would be good if none of the menus are expanded by default for better user experience.

Wrong Time Zome When Getting Bumped
Hello. The current day e-mail reminder for my booking says it will be dumped at 9:30. That must mean Eastern Time because my booking got bumped a few minutes later at 8:30 Central Time. I selected my office location as St. Louis which should trigger Central Time for everything, including the time my booking gets dumped. Thanks for looking into this.

Adjust position of 'key' on floorplan
On the floor plans there is a small 'key' at the bottom, can I suggest this is moveable so it can be repositioned somewhere else. This is currently blocking the view of some desks on one of our floorplans. We are unable to adjust the floor plan anymore

See colleagues from other functional groups in grid
I really enjoy the booking grid, mainly to see who is in on what day.
It would be great to be able to see (view) the bookings of colleagues in other functional groups. Programme Meeting space to allow AM and PM bookings - like desk space
The team are looking at ways to use the meeting rooms during this time and I wonder if it’s possible to programme the rooms / meetings to allow people to only book time slots.. Is Condeco programable to only have 2 meetings in per day - AM and PM? Or 8.30 – 12 and 1-5 (something like this)
I am conscious that the desk booking system used to allow this but I wasn’t sure on programming meeting space

Max availability icon size
Set the maximum size for the availability icons on the floor plan when zoomed out. The icons don’t shrink enough when scaled out so you just see a sea of icons instead of the floor plan if you zoom out
