  1. On the WinCe panels the wording is Host on the Android the wording is Organiser.
    Organiser suggests the person who booked the room not the person who is hosting the meeting.
    Hosts tend to be Partners or Senior Managers with PA's who organise their diary and book their meeting rooms.

    Meeting Host/Requestor Booking progression – The meeting Host / Requestor can now start and end the meeting when permitted by the calendar service.

  2. Currently any user can delete bookings made from the web portal from the screens. When users walk up to a screen and browse for a time to book a meeting they are accidently deleting web bookings, this is very easily done. Can you please restrict users from deleting web bookings, just like users are unable to delete instant bookings.

    Anonymous deletion of booking – If booking is created either from screen or enterprise, then booking deletion is not allowed from screen anonymously. ( PIN or RFID card is required to perform the deletion.)

    We have an option to authenticate for book

  4. I would like to be able to prevent people from being able to delete or end meetings from the panel, WITHOUT requiring authentication to book.

  6. It would be useful to have a dashboard that confirms that Condeco is still operational.

    We have had a number of outages so it would be great to have a dashboard and alert for when it has gone down.

    It would also be good if meeting room tablets could also be monitored so any outages can be addressed

    Device Health Dashboard: Enhanced device health dashboard is now available to make devices more supportable. Detailed information of each device is now available along with new attributes that can help admins to check screens health themselves.

    1.Dashboard change for v2 room screens and v3 desk screen- Current dashboard has two columns for both v2 room screens and v3 desk screens.
    Heartbeat updates: shows a list of devices that Condeco hasn’t received a message from for 60 minutes or more.
    Application Version updates: shows a list of devices running older application version.

  7. It is only possible to restart a screen by disconnecting PoE/power cable - and this is particularly difficult when a screen is secured to the wall mount. It would be extremely helpful to be able to restart a screen from the administration menu.

  10. Under device settings, it would be nice to see some identifying information about the calendar it is connected to. For example, for G Suite integrations, the resource email ID and auto-generated resource name would be helpful to see.

  11. In the 'Users Need To Authenticate To' section of the screen settings, at the moment you are unable to select Start, End, Extend or Delete without first selecting Book. Would it be possible for example to require users to authenticate to Delete a meeting but could still Book without authenticating?

    Authentication Settings update – Condeco Cloud Connector authentication settings are now un-linked allowing administrators more flexibility in setup.

  12. As of now, you have to first activate the V3 desk screen BEFORE you can enter in the custom NTP server. I would like to request the availability to enter in a custom NTP server on the v3 desk screen before activation
