  1. Improve wifi on desk screens so that on a SSID that supports both 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz, the device will attempt to connect at 2.4Ghz if it is not successful at 5Ghz. Currently, the only way to connect a desk screen at 2.4Ghz is to set up an SSID with only the 2.4Ghz band.

  2. The screens have the wording to swipe the badge, when the badge should be placed on the bottom of the screen. Customers have reported that people are moving screens in an attempt to find an old school credit card swipe mechanism.

  4. We are currently using the Enterprise setting that allows only Whole day bookings (a mitigation inline to current COVID office restrictions). However this does not get reflected into the Desk Screens. Desck Screens show AM, PM and Whole day booking options when attempting to book a desk directly from the screen.

    Please allow this to be configurable on desk screens so that we can only allow Whole day bookings

  5. Currently on the Android screen the set down time is added on the panel, which allows the end user to think they can stay in the room for that duration.

    i.e an end user has booked the room 12:00-14:00pm the panel will show 14:30pm as there is a 30 min set down time to allow us to turn the room round ready for the next meeting.

    This causes alot of issues and arguments with the clients as they think they can stay in the room all that time.

  6. Connect customers do not have the ability to see how may licences they currently have and how may are being used.
    If there was a way to show this information then Connect customer would not need to contact the CSM /Support or Finance to ask for this information. This will allow them to plan better and know when to purchase additional licences.

    Currently this option is only available to customers using Enterprise 3.4. in the About tab

  8. Enterprise portal allows you which functions you want to authenticate for but Android portal does not. We need to be able to book from a screen without authentication but not allow a user to end or delete someone else's meeting. Currently, users are able to end someone's meeting without authenticating causing issues

  9. Default Landing Page
    We would like to change the status on the welcome page to read 'I'm at Macfarlanes LLP' for all users without requesting each user to change their status and for it to remain in situ. We realise that if the user does not have any meetings booked for that day then it assumes you're working remotely which is not always the case.

  11. There is a new function to 'hide time bar' on a tablet which is useful for using a space for an event rather than a meeting. However currently this means applying the setting to a room group in Condeco Connect, and then also going into Condeco Desktop and then applying a config update to individual rooms so that they align. This could mean having to update for a large number of rooms which would take a lot of time. It would be much quicker if able to just apply once in Condeco Connect.

  12. The log files in the connect portal after initiating a bulk import does not contain the PIN number that is randomly generated upon import of user. The only way to get the PIN number for each user is to "Download All User Data".

    This request is to enhance the log file that can be downloaded from the UI to:
    -Include the PIN number that the system randomly generates for each user
    -Generate a log file indicating the already existing information + PIN number even for users who were successfully imported. Right now only the users who were not imported due…

  13. Will it be possible to reduce the temperature of the desk V3 device ?

Our org does not want the meeting room screen appliances hosted on our LAN to access non US based services. e.g. The meeting room screens require this non US hosted URL https://westeurope.condecoconnect.com to complete bookings. Can the meeting room screens point to a US based hosted URL instead of going to Europe?

  15. The CE/Windows screens allowed us to be able to turn on-screen booking off, but still allowed us to check in via the screen so they would not be bumped. Requesting this functionality be mirrored in the Android screens.

  16. It would be a good idea to separate the attributes section from the profile as you are only allowed to change them if there are no future booking and the desk screen isn't being held. This can cause issues as for example if you have about 60 bookings but the desk setup has changed, you are unable to make changes as you'll get an error message saying you can make changes with future booking in place. Meaning you'd have to remove all bookings in order to make changes which seems counter productive.

  17. Our users like to book rooms on the half hour or hour. The 15 minute interval setting on the meeting room screen confuses them. Is it possible to configure this setting?

  18. Ability to have the screen orientation either matching the orientation of the hardware or to have it rotated 180 degrees.

    This would allow for use of the desk indicator to be placed at the bottom of a desk OR at the top of the desk with a suitable orientation.

  19. With the advent of Covid-19 and extensive work from home, the need to know who has really attendant a in person is required. Would it be possible to enable multiple tapping their RFID card to a panel to track meeting attendance. This RAW data should be added to the Condeco data lake/ Azure tables. This would make it possible for administrators to track actual attendance vs scheduled attendance. As a follow up possibility, would it be possible to extent the V2 panel display to show a list of attendees base on the meeting invites. Once the user has been “tapped”…

  20. When booking a room via Outlookt, it takes a few minutes before the meeting will show up on the screen. If someone attempts to book the room on the screen during this period, the description of the error is generic.

    It would be great if this description will let the user know there is another booking already in the system and not currently drawn on the screen.
