  1. I would prefer an option in visitor management where I can book only a food service without creating a meeting.

    The background is that guests get a QR code printed on their visitor pass and can use it to get lunch in the canteen. If guests do not have an appointment, we therefore create fake-meetings and book the food service lunch in this fake-meeting.

  2. Meeting room devices have various sensors built into them including presence (physical people in the room), temperature, air quality and more. A native integration would bring loads of opportunity to Condeco users that have Webex units in rooms

  3. Add the advanced visitors form when the you book a personal space for external usuer. In that way, you are able to add all the info. needed.

  4. We ask visitors for ID when they arrive at our building can be Passport, Driving Licence or Credit Card.
    It would be good if there was an option for the type of ID a visitor has presented upon checked-in (IE reception click Arrived then select ID type or similar so long as it's quick and easy so not to delay visitor entry).
    This information is needed for audit purposes.

  5. A field in visitor management where the title of a person can be entered would be useful. It would also make sense to include the title on the visitor badge.

  6. When receiving email of visitor arrival, only the name is not enough to identify, specially if it is a supplier. We have to constantly ring reception to ask who has arrived.
    We log ALL visitors to the building.

  7. A banking customer in Australia has asked about: integration with food booking/delivery apps such as UBER eats
    If an employee orders Uber Eats and adds it to visitor management that the host could be notified on arrival of the delivery

  8. It would be extremely beneficial for an approved / not approved option within the visitor screen. We have a requirement for our admins to approve all visitors that attends all our sites. At the moment they have to email each host to notify them the visit has been approved. It would be great if there was a button that allows the admin to approve the visit. And then the host is notified of the approval via email from Condeco.

  9. Can the visitor badge display the end date so we don't have to reprint badges daily and can it also print the visitor number which we can tie to our temporary badge?

  10. Busy front desks are helped when there is a time when an expected guest is expected to arrive.
    this would help with the sort function on attendees expected.

  11. Client would like to display floor number and meeting room name on Visitor Pass. These fields can be empty if no room booking made for the visitor

  12. We would like to be able to print visitor passes to multi-label (glue stickers) A4 sheets/pages, using a prepared template. The current set-up only allows us to print a tiny single print, which requires the purchase of additional accessories. This would enable our FOH/Receptionist to prepare guestlists and label packages pre-event.

  16. Visitor Direction Email Date Format - the 'visit' date' in the Visitor Direction Email is currently displayed in the US format (mm/dd/yyyy) and I've been told it is hard coded so cannot be easily changed to UK format (dd/mm/yyyy).
    Can this be changed to reflect the country we are in?

  18. Could the Visitor Number be made visible on the Visitor Management Page. We would like to mark a Guest Pass as returned without having to ask the departing guest their name or search through each guest logged to find the correct one.

  19. When a user creates another meeting for another date and adds the same external attendee, it fills previous details from contacts master record (such as email, phone, company etc), but the picture isn't stored
