   This option would be extremely helpful when tied to a Maintenance Checklist or within Compliance as well. Having a digital signature stored with the completed document eliminates the need to print and store the document on paper. Utilizing the attached documents of a work request this would be the perfect place to store signed verification of the completed work.

    The ability to save a completed checklist in PDF would be a huge benefit. The existing Maintenance Survey Report could be enhanced to enable these options. Especially since once a work request is Complete and Closed there is no way of getting back to the Checklist. Accessibility from Search and Manage would be ideal.
