    I opened a ticket related to this issue and was told it was because I had registered my PC as a Kiosk at one time. I was told that by clearing my cache it would removed that setting but it did not work (a clear my cache 10 times a day). This is still a huge issue and an annoyance when in Workplace and having to popup display while i am working.
