Automatically cancel future bookings but leave historical bookings in the system for reporting purpose for the employees who have left the organization.

This is especially important when the check-in reminders are sent just prior to booking time when users are typically commuting to the space. It is not possible for them to check and respond to email notifications while on the road. Much easier to get alerted and respond to mobile phone notifications.
