Even if a customer does have metrics licensed, not all User Roles should have access to any home pages with any metrics. Some roles have very few tasks and processes assigned and either Process Navigator or a simple Homepage (or just the Applications Homepage) is all they needed.

I recall the Date/Time Required fields in the "old" Create Work Request screen. I may be misremembering, but I didn't think that actually did anything. Regardless, if the option were to return it probably needs to be more configurable. Perhaps it needs to be an option for SLAs to allow the selection of Date/Time Required or not. But, needs to also apply some limits on Date/Time Required. For example... make it so a request can't be submitted at Noon that the requester says needs to be done by 3 PM that same day.
