    UPDATE: We are paying for this to be modified so we can start using it now.
    We are upgrading right now and I was hoping to implement Workplace. However we have encountered a significant roadblock when a user goes to enter in a request they cannot enter the room number but must choose a building, floor and then select the room from a floor plan. Ideally the lookup functionality that exists in the older Report a Problem view in the Maintenance Console would work here as well.

    I agree. We have created an email that gets sent on completion of the work request that contains a link to a microsoft form that the user submits. We add this to our data warehouse and run BI on it. However it might be better if this was integral to Archibus.

    It would be ideal if we had User Defined Fields in the Projects table in addition to the other tables these are now available in. We have currently added 6 new fields and are using some existing fields in a way different from there original purpose.
