1. Open Portal Vulnerability - Need On/Off button to allow attachments

   Currently the Open Form Portal option leaves lots of vulnerability for hacking or malicious malware to be introduced by uploading attachments. A good feature to ADD would be the ability to add an ON/OFF button to enable the ability to allow attachments to be uploaded or not via the portal. That would give users the ability to choose what works best for their company.

   Right not you have the On/Off function for everything else, so I feel that adding it for attachments should be a simple an easy way to assist with the vulnerability issue.

   Currently at our company we cannot use this function because it leaves us vulnerable to hacking. We understand the Secured portal option but at this time that is not an option for us as its too labor intensive with the employee turnover in our workforce.

   Thank you for your suggestion—this idea has merit and aligns with our broader strategy. However, due to other priorities, we are unable to pursue it at this time. We’ll keep it on our radar and revisit it when the timing is right or if we see increased interest from our customer community.
