Colleague's desk bookings Summary
It would be great to be able to find a colleague without mentioning a date. Only by searching with the name and have all his/her bookings appearing for the next coming 2 weeks for instance.
Not really user friendly if we need to search by selecting day after day - Food for thoughts :-)

Desk number mismatch
I think some desk numbers in the booking system don't match the desks with the green Covid label. E.g. I booked 02-226 which has a red label on it but 02-228 is not in the system which has a green label.

Transparency of who is in
Hi there,
It'd be great to have a list of who has booked desks by day. e.g. On Tuesday 17 people from savanta have booked desks and then a list of names.
Currently you can only access this info by hovering over the greyed out desks on the floor plan.

My idea is to send a notification at 9:20AM to users that have booked seats in advance reminding them to check in or lose their seat.

Temporary Colleague Passes implemented to visitor management
Colleagues who are awaiting photo ID cards, are issues temporary colleague passes for more than 1 day if on only a 90 day contract. Please can this be implemented to the Visitor Management. Reception also issue daily temporary passes for colleagues who have forgotten this passes. Can a issue card date be implemented as well as card return date, which flags when have not been returned to the reception desk?

The default order is assuming meeting room bookings. But when it's intended for personal space/desk booking, this is going to be higher need, so should be a higher option on the menu. Every time I'm using the desk booking I'm opening the meeting room booking by mistake because its higher up and has an ambiguous label.
