  1. In user management, a group admin can view all admins up to Global level. Group admins should only be able to view other group admins to prevent bypassing agreed processes for contacting the relevant support teams. Global admins should be able to view all admins, all other admin levels should only be able to view their own admin level down to group admin.

  3. Delete the list of Authorization code in wayfinder. There are a big list with a lot of codes and we have to go to the end in order to look for the correct code.
    If it would be better if there were not a code.

  4. It would be good to be able to set our own parameters in terms of how far in advance the calendar allows you to go. Although you can't book a desk past our own advanced booking parameters, it seems unnecessary to be able to view months in advance and would provide a better user journey if it was able to be restricted to suit.

  5. Global, Country, Location admins should have the possibility - within their rights - to delete otherones bookings ON ROOM SCREENS.
    This action should also be recorded to the system booking ID.

  8. For Find a room page in moile app, add a value called "ALL" as an option in the floors list so that it is quicker for users to get list of available rooms for all floors in a building.

  9. The bulk user upload file remain in the portal permanently on either success or failed jobs.
    It looks weird on the portal. at least better for the failure jobs must have delete or rerun options for the admin users.

    Refer my case #CNSD-3101 for the issue that i am facing because of this failure.

  10. Oftentimes, we know when rooms will be coming on and off-line well before the date they need to - It would be helpful if this information could be input for activation on a future date. Example - 10 new rooms coming on-line (or a new site) November 1. It would be great to populate all the information on August 13, and set it go live on November 1.

  11. Build in some intelligence into the system that allows it to recognise user email domains and automatically apply permissions based on email domain e.g. all users registering with domain @abc.com can access Groups 1, 2 and 3; users registering with domain @def.com can access Groups 3, 4 and 5; and users registering with domain @ghi.com can access Groups 1, 3, 4 and 6. I'm aware that some of this functionality is/will become available via AD and future updates (HR feed), but this might be an added benefit for our building where we won't be able to add everyone using those…

  13. Dear Condeco, we propose to extend the View history section under User management with more information. We would like to see under Actions or under a separate column, what was exactly changed by a Condeco user or administrator. Within that request, we would like to extend also the Actioned By with exact role of that person, which is named under this information.
    Example:
    27/04/2022 17:33:33 John Dummy (Global admin) User setting was set under Permissions tab
