  1. Attributes for rooms and desks cannot be ordered in a customized way. It is always alphanumerical.
    It shall be possible for the admin to cluster/sort the order of attributes manually.

  2. In the option "Application Setup" => "Groups" show in the sub-option "Edit Name / Deployment" or in a new sub-option "Change history" following information for each Group:
    - Created by user and on date
    - Last change by user and on date
    - Change history, so for each change - Changed by, on and what.

  3. Dear Condeco, we propose to extend the View history section under User management with more information. We would like to see under Actions or under a separate column, what was exactly changed by a Condeco user or administrator. Within that request, we would like to extend also the Actioned By with exact role of that person, which is named under this information.
    Example:
    27/04/2022 17:33:33 John Dummy (Global admin) User setting was set under Permissions tab

  4. We have a lot of groups and we would like to see who is responsible for the group or who is the owner of the group.

    It would be nice to have additional field in the group settings menu indicating the people who are responsible for the group and allowed to change the settings.

  5. SmartCalendar does not allow you to search all floors at the same time - you have to go through the list of floors to find a room on a floor. Change the search to search all floors.

  6. Currently, the clock/time is in Military Time. Change the clock/time to 12 hours using AM/PM since this is the format most people view the time.

  7. Personal Spaces booking period should be a location setting not Global, we have some sites that want half day and others full day.

  8. SCIM provisioning integration with the Sailpoint application. Currently Condeco supports OKTA but would like to see this for SailPoint. Organizations that don't or can't use OKTA or Azure to provision users, access and groups, would like to see development with other applications.

  11. When desks/ressources are not booked until a certain time (e.g. 24hrs before - time to be set by admin), this desk/ressource should be offered to other groups, which may not have any availabilities anymore. This will guarantee the best possible utilization. This would also be a great usage for parking spaces.

  12. Would like to suggest to add another admin access level only for reporting. Where in an admin user will only have capability to generate or create a reports for all locations or countries.

  13. Desk Bump reports. In the "Is Bumped" column the symbols are either 1 or 2. Can that be changed to something more recognizable as Bumped and "Checked in" ?

  14. Field for "city" to be added to the application + allow free text for "organization" -> both categories should be also added to SCIM (so that at the moment of new user creation also city and organization is populated in condeco profile).

  15. Ability to prohibit/ exclude weekend days booking for personal spaces. Currently when the advance booking period for a group is specified in days the system allows weekends to be booked and counts the weekend days in the advance period. There is no way to restrict this. Weekend days are not bookable or counted when the advance period for the group is specified in weeks.

  16. When assigning a desk (resource) on a flexible basis at present the system asks for a start and end date or assigns the desk until further notice for a user. It would be useful to have the functionality to assign a desk (resource) like you would a recurring calendar invite and book the desk for a user on say every Wednesday or once a month etc. Instead you have to assign the desk to a user and then release it on the days you don't want the bookings.

  17. When uploading floor plans on condeco admin, application setup. The floor number appears but not the alternative name. Doing this, makes uploading maps with alt names easier to find, other than gathering the info from locations and then having to reference it.

  18. Allow admin accounts to alias as different users to test what the site looks like for different users with different permissioning.
    This will also be helpful for trainings and demos to illustrate what the site will look like for the end user based on their permissioning.

  19. I'd like to have an option to fill the room charge rate to 30mins or 1 hour round upcharge after the 1st-hour booking
