  1. Similar with room booking, admins can setup a 'Room Message' on every room resource. This feature used like a reminder. User will get pop-up message prior booking to a specific desk

  2. Certain configuration changes within the application should have the 4-eyes principle, where the changes can only be activated when approved by two authorized persons.

  3. We have new cost centers to upload each month and we need to remove the old cost centers before the new ones go on but its take so much time as we have up to 15000 cost centers to remove.
    Could there be a 'select all' button to remove all cost centers at the same time.

  5. In Condeco Group Administration section, specifically for desks, the default application setup says that the users can book from next week on Wednesday. This is configurable per location/group by an administrator. However, that requires administrator intervention for each new location / group, which is time consuming for a large organisation.

    The request is to allow a different default to be set for an organisation (global setting rather than or in addition to group setting). In my case we would want the the default to be set for the users to book for next week from Friday instead of from Wednesday…

  7. Currently, when you have multiple countries in your tenant, you need to select the country and location before being able to see the settings in the admin centre. Please allow a default location so it auto-populates the location. This would save significant time in finding where a specific setting is located.

  9. In user management, allow colleagues to see users status and desk location - need to be able to lock this so individual users can't amend. - we want everyone to be visible to all but we can't bulk amend this for all users.

  10. As a end user when users are looking for "FIND A ROOM" and then navigating to room option with typing room name field. Room name should auto populate which are already configured in the system so it can be selected rather then typing it manually.

  11. The Condeco Vendor Portal and Condeco’s Connect portals do not have 2FA. Organizations are looking for 2FA as a secure way of authenticating their users using these portals.

  12. In our company we book meeting rooms in Outlook which are then synchronised to Condeco. We find that when the user First Name synchronised from Outlook, mismatches with the user First Name registered in Condeco, the relevant meeting rooms and respective attendees are not included in the Contact Report.

    For example:
    We have two users in question:

    User 1: Anothony Apricot (as registeed in Azure Active Directory)
    User 2: Bernard Balloon (as registeed in Azure Active Directory)

    In Condeco the users have the option to change a.o. their First Name, Last Name and Email Address in their Profile settings.

  15. E.g. our Restaurant is available for booking for both our inhouse and external events.

    But not all rooms that are available for internal events are available for external events.

    Therefore I have to create the group "Restaurant" side by side of the existing "Inhouse Events" & "External Events" groups.

    If I could add the room to both groups, we would have less groups and the administration would be a lot easier.

  16. Leaving Provisional on the location when a room is not allocated yet should be removed or changed to "ROOM TBC" or something similar. Provisional may create confusion to some attendees and leave them wondering if the meeting itself is confirmed or provisional

  17. The drop down menu for Number of attendees when booking through the Outlook add in is not user friendly, we want a free type field. I want to be able to book a room with 20 attendees in my attendee field but only 10 of them need a room and at the moment i can't reduce number of attendees without my attendees disappearing - A free type field instead of drop down for number of attendees would fix the issue(and is available for admins)

  18. Since all group settings have to be manually updated,can we define the group defaults when uploading through the DCS *Omnicom understands this is available through the application but they want to set different defaults when uploading through the dcs.

  19. New Notify users ability cancels a specific user desk bookings without sending any emails to the user. Can this be added as an auto email functionality.

  20. We currently have the functionality to break days down into morning and afternoon slots but require the ability to break the day down into at least 3 slots as we work until 10pm
