  1. From a Facilities manager perspective, and with the goal of most efficient realestate utilisation, ability of view the floor plan with key booked areas is very important.
    The internal team have had tools that allowed them to look at assigned desks for users on a floor plan which is non-existent in Condeco Desk booking today.

    This allows to address or attend the assigned desk user needs and help them on priority given their needs with assigned desks.

  2. Please add the feature to book a desk via QR code.

    This would allow users to walk up to a desk, scan the QR code with their phone camera(ideally outside the app) , and book it on the spot.

    This would make booking a desk quick and easy.

  3. This function is current available on the web portal only. It would save time for users to have the ability to also book a personal space for external visitors from the mobile app.

    Hi Rafael, 

    It is possible to book on behalf of users from the Condeco mobile app. On the Book tab under 'Book a personal space' you can select the text 'Booking for yourself' which will allow you to search for another colleague and book on their behalf.

  5. The "Team Day" feature in the web application is great, however (as stated in another idea) some companies can't use the web application on personal mobile devices due to rigid security requirements.

    Therefore, it would be great to not only be able to accept or decline invitations (coming from mobile) within the web application, but also to be able to create invitations in the web application.

  6. Is it possible that “normal” employees can generate a report about their own office presence in the respective previous month

  7. For "find a colleague" to add a email search field making the search unique as only first and last name is not working example for India.
    Latest update : Update 27.04: Feature will be part of next sprint which is starting 28.04 (ETA by end of May 2023)

    HI, we've replaced the 'Find a colleague' page with 'Find your team' that displays who from your team is in the office. This list is customisable from the web or mobile application. This will grant the ability to see a colleagues schedule over the next 5 weeks to bring the web application in line with the mobile application. The updated search field also allows entry of email address and displays 'email' in the results

  8. Team days for non-mobile users.

    Dear Team,

    I appreciate your effort for implmenting the team days booking feature but the Team day feature is at the current state not appropriate ! It excludes non mobile users completly and therefore isn´t of use for our company. Furthermore creates confusion as non-mobile user can not even accept a teams day invite via the web portal. The creator of a team day invite needs to clarify first if all team mates are mobile users before he can ensure all can participate in this process.   9. today the new team feature (Team Day) was presented, thank you very much, unfortunately this functionality is currently only available on mobile devices. We would like to use this functionality in the web frontend.

  10. Hi, I would like to suggest for Condeco to have the ability to send an email reminder that they have a desk booking in place 24 hours prior the date; but without the desk bump in place. At the moment, the only way to have a reminder in place is to enable to desk bump as well which would automatically remove the desk bookings if user does not check in. We want just the email reminder feature.

    We have now released in the Condeco application the ability to enable Personal Space reminders through the use of 'ICS Files'.

    An ICS file, which stands for "iCalendar" file, is a type of file used to store and share calendar events and appointments.

    When the 'Attach ICS File' option in Group Settings is checked, the recipient of the 'Booked for' or ‘Booking confirmation’ email will receive it as a calendar invitation. This invite will appear in their native calendar app, but it won't show that they're busy during the scheduled time. So, when others check their availability using the 'Scheduling Assistant,' the invite will not make the user appear as “busy”.

    For this release, we have enhanced the ICS file functionality by introducing an 'Add ICS reminder' dropdown box under Group Configuration. With this enhancement, users will now receive native reminders for their reservations directly within Outlook. This can be…

  11. Currently, users only have the option of selecting two booking slots. We would like to give our users the opportunity to book work places by the hour.

    We have introduced Hourly personal space booking into the application. We are looking into the option of migrating existing Personal spaces into Hourly spaces as they are considered separate resources currently that require a unique group.   12. We would like the ability to use QR code check-in and check-in from browser. All employees don't have a work mobile device and we would like to avoid personal mobiles being used.

    When QR codes for check in was enabled in the Condeco application it automatically prevented check in from the web application. The intention was to prevent users from securing a resource unless they were physically in the office. However, some customers have fed back that not all users are able to gain access to the Condeco mobile application to check in.

    We have added a new checkbox to Global Setup that allows customers to enable the ability to check in to a resource from the web application even when QR codes are set up.

  13. Currently the application supports QR Code Check-In capability. We would like to expand the capability of the QR Code to allow for the space to be booked in addition to check-in. This will provide a fuller experience for users allowing them to quickly reserve a space without going through steps to search for the space within the mobile app.

    Users can now scan QR codes to check in and book spaces. If 'Report issue' feature is enabled they will also be able to 'Report an issue' with the scanned resource. Spaces QR codes can be scanned using Condeco app or native camera app if the 'https://condecoapp.condecosoftware.com/rid?' prefix is added. This full URL can be generated in Condeco reports.

  14. Currently you can find where a colleague is sat on any given day. It would be good to be able to search a time bracket for their next day in the office. Global Admins have access to reporting but users can only use this function. It would require you to search through each day. It would be useful to search over the next week etc.

  15. On the main page when people login through the desktop they should be able to view the Floor Map there then having to close todays page to view the floor map.

  16. A Desk Booking Reminder Email sent to staff the day before would be valuable. It would provide a timely reminder of their desk booking and ideally a link to release the desk if it's no longer required.

  17. Desk booking is used by more colleagues, more frequently than room booking, so having it as the first landing page would be a better user journey overall.

  18. Can it be looked into so we can have a "Check in reminder" email sent to users for desk booking at a specified time.

    We don't want to bump users but it would be a handy function to be able to automatically prompt them to Check In to a desk.

    We have introduced the ability to see other colleagues bookings from the Mobile app. 

    "See who's in" has been added to the Today page that allows users to quickly view the default location and who is currently in the office. They can see the 'initial' icons to quickly identify team members and tap on the space to see the colleagues full name and space name. 

    Search has also been updated with these icons and information cards as well as 'Find your team'.

  20. After a bulk upload ensure that desks are ordered in the list prior to them being dragged onto floor plans so that they are easy to find.
