  1. Currently, a Group Admin is able to trace a given user's contacts across different groups / locations / countries that he is not even admin of.

    This is contradictory to the concept of the Group Admin only being able to administer settings and users of groups he is admin of / permitted to administrate.

    It also raises issues regarding data protection because now an administrator who is a group admin of e.g. only one single specific group in one specific country can trace contacts of any user for any country.

  2. When employees update their status on the app they have the following options;

    Book a space
    I’m not working
    Working remotely

    Is it possible to add an additional option for employees to select. Such as ‘Offsite/Other location? (a location not included in Condeco)

    This will then support reporting where companies are using a hybrid working approach and want to understand if the hybrid approach is working. How employees split their time from onsite/offsite

  3. It would be good if the system could be set so a user cannot book the same desk every time they make a desk booking.
    We are trying to introduce more collaboration between teams and would like people to mix up where they sit.
    However old habits die hard and users like to sit at the same desk week in week out.

  4. In case a functionality is not being used (e.g. desk cleaning), it shall be possible to deactivate or hide the respective icon in floorplan legend.

    It is confusing for the user, when desk cleaning is not being used but the "awaiting cleaning" icon is shown on the floorplan.

  5. Allow an authorised user (assigned to restricted group ABC) to book a space in the restricted group ABC for another user who is not assigned to this restricted group ABC.

  6. Ask user if they would like a lunch meal with their reservation. The response is then collected and shared with email distribution group. The reason behind this idea is to cut back on food waste in our office.

  8. We would like to have an option to leave the user messages not for the whole location as it is with self-certification, but restricted to a specific group. It would be very useful to configure and activate a special message (similar to self-certification) on group level. This message will be shown to the users after they click on "Book" and the user has to confirm it (OK button is enough) to complete the booking process.

  10. The kiosk URL is case sensitive, which doesn't make any sense to me since this is hosted by Azure which is Windows-based, and windows based machines are not case sensitive like LINUX.

    For example:

    https://CLIENTNAME.condecosoftware.com/condecodeskkiosk/welcome.htm?KioskCode=CODE - does not work

    https://CLIENTNAME.condecosoftware.com/condecodeskkiosk/welcome.htm?kioskcode=CODE - DOES work

    What is happening is there is a Value = GET['kioskcode'], it should be Value = tolower(GET['kioskcode']).

    The URL should be converted to lower first before using the input value passed over by GET parameters.

    Kioskcode is not the folder name, it’s part of the code in the js file. That’s why it looks for the exact wording.…

  11. The layout on the desk panels would be better if the room number and name appear a bit bigger? I think the clock that is shown could be removed.

  12. At the moment we are faced with the situation, that we have meeting spaces that are personal spaces as well.
    In detail:
    In the daily business, it is possible to book each individual desk in a room.
    In addition to that, it is possible to book the whole room as a meeting room so that the individual desks are no longer available during this time period.
    I would highly appreciate to have this option in condeco.

  14. All available attributes are currently displayed in the profile, here it would be nice if only those attributes are displayed that can currently be selected in his country. All attributes of the various countries are currently displayed in the user profile.

  15. Currently the quick search results from either the today page or under personal spaces -> home show all available resources not just those that meet a users preferred attributes.

    This causes user issues as they book a desk and then find out that it doesn't meet their needs.

    Only under the floor plan view or "Book a personal Space" menu do users see the stars showing desks that meet their needs.

  16. A minimum advance reservation is important and in some locations a showstopper to use Condeco. For example in some locations local facilities need to be informed in advance of a booking in order to prepare the desk or due to covid restrictions and government policies need to declare in advance

  17. "Home" aka Quick Search there is only Location, Floor, Workspace type and Date.

    Adding Groups would help help narrow down the list that appears for users in more than 1.

  18. Being able to quickly update or import new desks with a CSV upload would save much time. The initial setup was done with a CSV upload so i dont see why this should not be made available to all Admin users.

  19. At present, Automatic Check In occurs if a booking is made on the day if the check in period has started. However, if a user books on the day, get automatically checked in but doesn't turn up that desk gets wasted, because the user doesn't get bumped and it allows a user to cheat the system. Also, the text in the application set up says that "Bookings made after the check-in period ends are always checked in automatically, regardless of this setting" which is incorrect according to support. It is really confusing to our employees that a message pops up saying "You do not currently have access to book a personal space on this floor.." every time they click the View button on the Find A Colleague page. This message is not necessary until the user actually tries to book a desk in that area, which is later in the workflow. Our main use case for this feature is to find where others are sitting that day when a meeting is going to take place or they want to talk with them in person. This pop up is…
