  1. Currently, the French translation for setting the check in time period on the Resource group configuration page says "pour le X minutes". The "le" is unnecessary and should be removed.

  2. The Today Page is a bit of a wasted extra click if you can only see "today". It would be more user friendly if it allowed you to see your other bookings and cancel or edit from that page, if the Today Page was the remain a permanent feature.

  3. 'There are currently no available desks that match your specified search criteria.' - this message appears when there are no desk available. I'd like to request to have this message changed as user sometimes interpret this as an issue with the application.

  4. Reliance on colour alone for the “Available”, “Booked” and “Your Desk" availability ”circles" on the floorplans does not adequately support individuals with colour-blindness. Please can you add distinct symbols inside the circles for each to enable them to be distinguished without reliance on colour (i.e. use a symbol or shape as currently done for “Closed”, “Awaiting cleaning”, “Meets desk attributes” and “Allocated Desks”).

  5. When clicking the 'All' button for a day on the Find a desk page a warning is displayed that "You have reached the maximum number of days you can book for this week"

    When clicking 'All' the user wishes to book all days so the warning is superfluous and an annoyance.

    The bug was reported also in ticket ENSD-47535

  7. Add an option to set the "Book for Someone Else" feature to be available only for designated delegates and not to all users to book for any other users. For example, a user can book for me only if I have added them as my delegate - similar to Meeting Room Booking. Thanks

  8. When half-day booking is turned on, we think one should be limited to making one half-day booking in a.m., and one in p.m. Right now I am able to book unlimited personal spaces on a given day. If that was done intentionally, we would like to know what the rationale was.

  9. We would like an email template that could be sent at a specific time to notify all users who booked a locker (personal space) that they need to vacate the space or remove their belongings from the locker.

  10. For flexi desk owners it should be possible to switch off that also the weekend appears as booked in the report.

  11. Provision the ability to allocate desks - flexible; to people for different days of the week rather than just for a date range for all 5 days.

  12. A filtered view of bookings by location and one additional attribute such as Department.

    The idea behind this is to add a tab to a Team Channel so members can quickly see who in the Team has booked which desks and when. This could be as simple as a saved search with a dedicated URL to access.

  13. It should be possible to distinguish between desks in different groups on floorplans. For example, "Private" and "Self-Managed" desks should be shown on the same floorplans with different legends.

  14. Admins need a way of extracting a report of the status (closed or open) of the desks on a floor. The current facility on the screen for reporting the status is not user friendly when there are thousands of desks on a floor.

  16. We need an option to show an at-a-glance view (ideally a clean web page that we can show on a large screen and on the intranet) of the floor plan showing the desk status but also who has booked each desk for that period/day. This is already partially available in the floor plan booking view but each desk must be clicked to display the details. We need to either display all of this info on the map at the same time, or simply show the desk names/numbers on the map with the status icons, with a list alongside showing todays…

  17. Desk booking app user status does not reflect web portal status. The app status on weekends is 'You're working remotely' and it should be 'Not working' as per the web portal.

  20. When a desk is closed, either via zone, resources or floorplan, a reason is prompted for and should be included in the subsequent email that is sent to the people who had just had their desk bookings cancelled.
