Could the desk screen show the status for cleaning pending and closed ? Also it would be much easier to manage the cleaning if the cleaning crew could badge a desk screen with cleaning pending to confirm completion. Don't return to start of list when changing an item in that list.
If you are making changes to a large number of items, e.g. desks, after saving a change the system returns you to the first page of the list of desks rather than the page you were on. This makes the process more time consuming. It would require less key strokes if the system returned you to where you selected the item.

Option to limit the number of bookings
It would be useful to have a limit for each floor (which can be set on or off) to the number of bookings allowed per day. So if the limit is 15, when a 16th person tries to book for the particular day, they get a message to say that the day's limit has been reached. A limit at building level would also be useful in case there is a total number limit for the building.

Remotely Working and Vacation
If the employees decides to work remotely for the next one week or couple, it would be convenient to have an option to book the calendar for the whole period instead of logging in daily and changing the status to "Working Remotely". Also some option for vacation as well.

Hi, it would be nice if the dates appear in a table, like a calendar, not like a drop down menu.
It would be nice to have the desk numbers in the floor plan.

View booking grid of other location (Utecht - Zeist)
It would be nice to see if you can see who booked a table in location Zeist. As non-Zeist member (and vica versa) than I could potentially plan my visits to location Zeist based on the persons who booked a desk there.

make it easier to view the room
i find it confusing using the app as the room isn't orientated the way i'm sitting, please add a 'rotate view' option so it become's easier to identify where i'm sitting (or plan on sitting), thanks !

Location Allow/unallow
Potentially adding location viewer on the movile app, this would allow when members of staff enter their respective building, the app recognises and pings them a notification. This may not be neccessary, but simply another feature to make things easier.

Release desk status
When someone releases a desk, that desk is automatically changed to dirty, thus, even if aforementioned member of staff wasn't to use said desk, it would still be cleaned accordingly.
