  1. Improve wifi on desk screens so that on a SSID that supports both 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz, the device will attempt to connect at 2.4Ghz if it is not successful at 5Ghz. Currently, the only way to connect a desk screen at 2.4Ghz is to set up an SSID with only the 2.4Ghz band.

  2. The screens have the wording to swipe the badge, when the badge should be placed on the bottom of the screen. Customers have reported that people are moving screens in an attempt to find an old school credit card swipe mechanism.

  3. It would be a good idea to separate the attributes section from the profile as you are only allowed to change them if there are no future booking and the desk screen isn't being held. This can cause issues as for example if you have about 60 bookings but the desk setup has changed, you are unable to make changes as you'll get an error message saying you can make changes with future booking in place. Meaning you'd have to remove all bookings in order to make changes which seems counter productive.

  4. If you click 'Search' on the quick desk search on the today page, the list of desks is not sorted correctly as is the case in the rest of the system. Instead of the numbers being listed '1,2,3,4,5 etc' they are listed '1,10,11.....19,2,29,3' This makes it harder to find the required desk.

  5. Our users like to book rooms on the half hour or hour. The 15 minute interval setting on the meeting room screen confuses them. Is it possible to configure this setting?

  6. My client is purchasing 500+ screens at a time and it is very time consuming using the Android app or typing in the password at each screen. Is there any alternatives to rolling out screens in bulk?

  7. Ability to have the screen orientation either matching the orientation of the hardware or to have it rotated 180 degrees.

    This would allow for use of the desk indicator to be placed at the bottom of a desk OR at the top of the desk with a suitable orientation.

  8. With the advent of Covid-19 and extensive work from home, the need to know who has really attendant a in person is required. Would it be possible to enable multiple tapping their RFID card to a panel to track meeting attendance. This RAW data should be added to the Condeco data lake/ Azure tables. This would make it possible for administrators to track actual attendance vs scheduled attendance. As a follow up possibility, would it be possible to extent the V2 panel display to show a list of attendees base on the meeting invites. Once the user has been “tapped”…

  9. When booking a room via Outlookt, it takes a few minutes before the meeting will show up on the screen. If someone attempts to book the room on the screen during this period, the description of the error is generic.

    It would be great if this description will let the user know there is another booking already in the system and not currently drawn on the screen.

  11. We are currently using the Enterprise setting that allows only Whole day bookings (a mitigation inline to current COVID office restrictions). However this does not get reflected into the Desk Screens. Desck Screens show AM, PM and Whole day booking options when attempting to book a desk directly from the screen.

    Please allow this to be configurable on desk screens so that we can only allow Whole day bookings

  13. The capability to bulk apply an image to all screens like the option "this screen display a webpage".

    Once you are under implementation and you don't want calendar to be displayed and to have users manipulating the screen, the image could prevent actions and the D-Day the admin display all rooms calendar.

  14. QR code on the meeting room panel.
    User could scan the code with their mobile which could open the app and user could check in to the meeting.
    User walking by a room could see when a room is available scan the QR code - app could open on that room and user can book.

  17. Currently on the Android screen the set down time is added on the panel, which allows the end user to think they can stay in the room for that duration.

    i.e an end user has booked the room 12:00-14:00pm the panel will show 14:30pm as there is a 30 min set down time to allow us to turn the room round ready for the next meeting.

    This causes alot of issues and arguments with the clients as they think they can stay in the room all that time.

  18. When using the kiosk, the majority of users walk up and immediately scan their badge without realizing that they have to touch the screen to begin. They then will have to touch the screen and rescan their badge. It would be helpful to remove the touch anywhere to begin screen and have the kiosk wake up on the scan badge screen.

  19. Connect customers do not have the ability to see how may licences they currently have and how may are being used.
    If there was a way to show this information then Connect customer would not need to contact the CSM /Support or Finance to ask for this information. This will allow them to plan better and know when to purchase additional licences.

    Currently this option is only available to customers using Enterprise 3.4. in the About tab

  20. Ability to register new user and their badges without having to book a meeting.

    User walks up to Condeco Device, presses Help Button.

    Selects Register ID & Badge

    Enters Condeco Pin and scans their ID Badge.

    Done.
