  1. If the location admin generates a report in the AM, and the user cancels the office, the only way that the admin would know that office is vacant is to eyeball the Booking grid.

  5. We want the ability for users with assigned fixed desks to both 1) be able to book desks at other locations without releasing their fixed desk and 2) only allow users to book one desk at one location

  6. Many companies offer the option to book desks either in the morning, in the afternoon, or full day. Full day is by far the most used option. On the Today page, this should therefore be ticked by default already, saving one click for each booking. So AM and PM should both have a tick by default.

  7. Is there a way to make it so external users do not require to check in to a desk?
    As they are unlikely to have an ID card to badge in with or the APP installed?

  8. Currently, a Group Admin is able to trace a given user's contacts across different groups / locations / countries that he is not even admin of.

    This is contradictory to the concept of the Group Admin only being able to administer settings and users of groups he is admin of / permitted to administrate.

    It also raises issues regarding data protection because now an administrator who is a group admin of e.g. only one single specific group in one specific country can trace contacts of any user for any country.

  9. Please review the below screen shot. Is it possible to have the same message that appears in screenshot (1), appear in screenshot (2)? These messages appear when a hoteling space is not available on a particular floor and the #2 message could be considered by the end-user as an error message.

  10. Ask user if they would like a lunch meal with their reservation. The response is then collected and shared with email distribution group. The reason behind this idea is to cut back on food waste in our office.

  11. Have a section on the app that shows the floor plan without the need to start the booking process.
    Users find search for a colleague rather cumbersome and would rather be able to view the floor plan and see where colleagues are booked in etc.

  13. The kiosk URL is case sensitive, which doesn't make any sense to me since this is hosted by Azure which is Windows-based, and windows based machines are not case sensitive like LINUX.

    For example:

    https://CLIENTNAME.condecosoftware.com/condecodeskkiosk/welcome.htm?KioskCode=CODE - does not work

    https://CLIENTNAME.condecosoftware.com/condecodeskkiosk/welcome.htm?kioskcode=CODE - DOES work

    What is happening is there is a Value = GET['kioskcode'], it should be Value = tolower(GET['kioskcode']).

    The URL should be converted to lower first before using the input value passed over by GET parameters.

    Kioskcode is not the folder name, it’s part of the code in the js file. That’s why it looks for the exact wording.…

  14. A minimum advance reservation is important and in some locations a showstopper to use Condeco. For example in some locations local facilities need to be informed in advance of a booking in order to prepare the desk or due to covid restrictions and government policies need to declare in advance

  15. All available attributes are currently displayed in the profile, here it would be nice if only those attributes are displayed that can currently be selected in his country. All attributes of the various countries are currently displayed in the user profile.

  16. Is there, or can there be, a setting we can apply to a desk group where after a certain time desks become available to book by users who do not normally have access to that group?
    For example, the 1st floor desks are restricted to specific users but if a desk is not booked for tomorrow by 4.00pm today - the desk becomes open for staff from other floors to book.

  17. This is in reference to closed ticket # ENSD-56673 : Suppress fixed workspaces on booking grid. If fixed workspaces are uploaded in Condeco, they appear on the Booking Grid and get mixed in with the bookable spaces. It is not necessary nor useful to see the fixed seating assignments in the Booking Grid. We want the Booking Grid to show only bookable spaces (including flexi if they have been released).

  18. In M365 AD groups are being used for pretty much everything.
    Even MS Teams are essentially just AD groups.
    So, why not make more use of them for all team/collegue related functions like
    "book a desk near my collegues"
    or
    "suggesting to come to the office next Wednesday because there are already 80% of your buddies there"
    or ..
    Same for the admin side aka rules and guidelines.
    "only x% of each department are allowed to have home office on a friday"

    Long story short: Companies using AD (and who is not these days?) could benefit a lot if every…

  19. If the afternoon has started and you have reserved a desk and checked in, it is no longer possible to release it. We think it makes sense to be able to release a desk on an afternoon that has already started so that another user can book it afterwards. But currently, it is not possible.

  20. This is a follow-up to ticket 'ENSD-50725 : User seeing error on 'Today' page'. It was told to me by Condeco that an "error message" appears on the "Today" page if a user is on there too long and is timed out. On other pages, there is a "Resume" button after one is timed out. Can the error message on the "Today" page be replaced by the same "Resume" button?
