  1. The difference between the Meeting and Personal booking pages is simply a toggle. Both Screens have excessive negative space that would easily hold both.

    Consider, combining them and making a meeting / Personal Toggle to enable the search filter. This would simplify the UI and allow better usage of the negative space.


    Looking through other reviews, it seems making the floor plan of your choices on the right would be useful, or it could be a toggle to show the booking grid. Many options.

  3. We have floorplans listed for our site.
    But whenever a user goes into the floorplan, it distorts and is not centred?
    Are we able to install a floorplan to the group so when it appears, it is centred?

    Another point to the floorplan, are we able to set 'favourite desks' so that when the user would like to book a desk they are taken to that location by default on the map? And if it's already booked, the next best alternative is shown, as opposed to always xx.001?

  4. We have a proposed functionality circumstance where we need to know if someone books for Personal Use or Business Funded use.

    Our model of either the user can indicate they are booking, for example, a parking space for their own personal use or booking for a business cost.

    Then be able to runs reports which we can compare and validate that booking information? Determining if the ones booking for a personal use can be tracked, and those coming in for a business specific purpose can book in Condeco for that purpose.

  5. Integrating the ability to book desks via Slack would greatly improve the user experience. We use the platform with variety of tools which provide an integration allowing us to have a one stop shop for a variety of tasks

  6. View all current day bookings under 1 tap in the booking grid to easily view your visitors, rather than searching by group to see who has booked.

  7. Currently a catch 22, conundrum exists in the app for new SSO users. They are required to select default Location, Group and Floor, but if the Resource Group is not open (Make Booking), then the group will not be displayed for the new user to select. The Location/Resource group admin can't add users to the resource group until the user exists. Our only option is to create a default location/group and floor for users so they can use it and then tell users to switch once they have been added to a Resource group. But that would cause issues if…

  8. When a site (like ours) is SSO, non-global admins should not be allowed to "Create User" since those are added as local users and not SSO users creating much confusion. Location and Group admins need ability to "Manage Users" since this is how users get more priv to Resource Groups, but having the button there is too temping for our Location and Resource admins when they don't find the person who needs to be added to their Resource group, then when the users logs in with SSO, they still don't have access to the resource group since their account (even…

  9. When a Location Admin defines a new location and inputs a "FloorAlt.name" the "FloorAlt.name" should be used everywhere in the application and the only thing the original (default) floor number should be used for is order. It's very confusing to admin & users when they see "5 (7)" in the display which happens when the building contains several mezzanines below floor 5. The default numbers are good if a given floor doesn't have "FloorAlt.name"

  10. Today, the requirement for Proximity based check in is
    - The booking must be for a personal space in the location that is set as the default location in the user’s profile when entering the geofenced area

    Can we allow any user to use proximity based check in at any location and not just their default location?

  11. At present, user can check-in their desk from anywhere from Condeco web portal or from mobile app. User should not allow to do Desk Check-in manually through either mobile app or web portal.

    Auto Desk check-in should only happen through mobile when user is around / near the desk. This will prevent user to perform desk check-in when they are not in office.

  12. When unchecking the box "Share my workplace presence and location with my colleagues" in the users profile, the booking grid will still show the name of the user at the booked desk. This is misleading to the end user who thinks their bookings are actually anounymous. Only workaround we have right now is not to show the booking grid at all. We do however want to make the booking grid available and still respect those users who don't want to share their names.

  13. The calendar item sent to user should include information about the time period the the calendar item is for. It should include AM, PM or Both (AM/PM) to desk booking Calendar item invite so users know when they booked from their Calendar entry

  15. When we import user in Condeco Database, the default language is English. I will be better if we can set by default our language instead of english.

  16. In addition to desks, we offer users the booking of parkings spaces via Condeco as well. We need to configure a cancelation period for bookable resources - especially parking spaces. The cancelation period is a number of hours or days in advance of the booked day. If the cancelation period has passed, canceling the booking of a resource is no longer possible.
    Users are charged a fee for booking parking spaces. When canceling within the period, no fee will be charged.x

  17. Why wouldn't it align with the start of the day (AM period)? Otherwise, people think their AM reservation didn't take.

  18. The Admin and User Guide is visible to non-admins, appears most relevant to users of Condeco's app, which we are not. We'd like to make non-visible or redirect the link to another user-facing resource.

  19. If someone books on your behalf, the confirmation goes to that person but is addressed to the booker's name. It should be addressed to the person receiving the email.

  20. From the Today screen, the error message "you already have a personal space booked" is misleading because the space information listed is for the space you tried to book, not the space you have booked. It should be the other way around, reminding you of what you've already booked. Similarly, from the regular bookings screen, the search results read “There are currently no available personal spaces” which should actually say “You already have a personal space booked”.
