  1. When a site (like ours) is SSO, non-global admins should not be allowed to "Create User" since those are added as local users and not SSO users creating much confusion. Location and Group admins need ability to "Manage Users" since this is how users get more priv to Resource Groups, but having the button there is too temping for our Location and Resource admins when they don't find the person who needs to be added to their Resource group, then when the users logs in with SSO, they still don't have access to the resource group since their account (even…

  2. When a Location Admin defines a new location and inputs a "FloorAlt.name" the "FloorAlt.name" should be used everywhere in the application and the only thing the original (default) floor number should be used for is order. It's very confusing to admin & users when they see "5 (7)" in the display which happens when the building contains several mezzanines below floor 5. The default numbers are good if a given floor doesn't have "FloorAlt.name"

  3. Today, the requirement for Proximity based check in is
    - The booking must be for a personal space in the location that is set as the default location in the user’s profile when entering the geofenced area

    Can we allow any user to use proximity based check in at any location and not just their default location?

  4. At present, user can check-in their desk from anywhere from Condeco web portal or from mobile app. User should not allow to do Desk Check-in manually through either mobile app or web portal.

    Auto Desk check-in should only happen through mobile when user is around / near the desk. This will prevent user to perform desk check-in when they are not in office.

  5. When unchecking the box "Share my workplace presence and location with my colleagues" in the users profile, the booking grid will still show the name of the user at the booked desk. This is misleading to the end user who thinks their bookings are actually anounymous. Only workaround we have right now is not to show the booking grid at all. We do however want to make the booking grid available and still respect those users who don't want to share their names.

  6. The calendar item sent to user should include information about the time period the the calendar item is for. It should include AM, PM or Both (AM/PM) to desk booking Calendar item invite so users know when they booked from their Calendar entry

  8. When we import user in Condeco Database, the default language is English. I will be better if we can set by default our language instead of english.

  9. In addition to desks, we offer users the booking of parkings spaces via Condeco as well. We need to configure a cancelation period for bookable resources - especially parking spaces. The cancelation period is a number of hours or days in advance of the booked day. If the cancelation period has passed, canceling the booking of a resource is no longer possible.
    Users are charged a fee for booking parking spaces. When canceling within the period, no fee will be charged.x

  10. Why wouldn't it align with the start of the day (AM period)? Otherwise, people think their AM reservation didn't take.

  11. The Admin and User Guide is visible to non-admins, appears most relevant to users of Condeco's app, which we are not. We'd like to make non-visible or redirect the link to another user-facing resource.

  12. If someone books on your behalf, the confirmation goes to that person but is addressed to the booker's name. It should be addressed to the person receiving the email.

  13. From the Today screen, the error message "you already have a personal space booked" is misleading because the space information listed is for the space you tried to book, not the space you have booked. It should be the other way around, reminding you of what you've already booked. Similarly, from the regular bookings screen, the search results read “There are currently no available personal spaces” which should actually say “You already have a personal space booked”.

  14. Having the capability to determine the default privacy setting for new users by application setup - location vs via advanced setup would help us tremendously.

    Our EMEA locations need this setting to be reflected as "hide from colleagues." Our non EMEA regions would like "share with colleagues" enabled.

  15. In the desk booking form it would help the facility managers to plan food services when a user when booking a desk has the ability to inform whether they will be making use of the catering services in the restaurant. This will provide the facility manager with information on how many people will be consuming in the restaurant with the aim of avoiding wastage.

  16. The structure of the meeting sppaces can be organized in different filter categories like "country -> region -> location".
    For the personal spaces it is only possible to structure them into the clusters "country -> location".
    It would be very helpfull if there is also the extra filter/dropdown menu "region" for booking personal spaces, to structure desk booking cross-regional.

  18. In the UK anytime someone changes desk they are required to complete a Display Screen Equipment (DSE) form. To help with compliance, any desk designated as a hot desk should have the option to allow a tick box which says the person booking has undertaken the DSE assement. This could then be reported on.

  19. When employees update their status on the app they have the following options;

    Book a space
    I’m not working
    Working remotely

    Is it possible to add an additional option for employees to select. Such as ‘Offsite/Other location? (a location not included in Condeco)

    This will then support reporting where companies are using a hybrid working approach and want to understand if the hybrid approach is working. How employees split their time from onsite/offsite

  20. In case a functionality is not being used (e.g. desk cleaning), it shall be possible to deactivate or hide the respective icon in floorplan legend.

    It is confusing for the user, when desk cleaning is not being used but the "awaiting cleaning" icon is shown on the floorplan.
