  1. When booking for a longer period of time, it would be helpful to define a favorite place in the master data. This space should then, if it is free, be booked for a longer period of time. The rest is booked with suggested other workplaces.

  2. why when you are on today page - doesn't it have the 'check in ' to the desk icon....surely that would be the place to do it rather than having to click off today page and go to personal spaces....which is not the default page

  3. send the reminder to check in earlier than 5 mins before getting bumped.
    Currently being sent at 11:55 am, would be better at 10 am for example

  4. Will it be all possible to include <desk number> and <date> in the booking confirmation email from Condeco?

    Given we book desks over multiple days, it is difficult to find the email and desk # for a specific date… I find myself going through all the booking emails to find the actual desk for a date. I am sure many others have the same problem.

    An example would be, instead of the subject of ”Booking confirmation" , just change the subject to “Booking confirmation Desk <desk number> on <date>”

  8. It would be good to backtrack who was in previous days, it helps people remember what days they did things depending on what desk they were at or who they were sat with

  9. When booking a desk on the 4th floor. I have searched your website for further information on what determines the time period for either an AM or PM slot. Can this be made more clearer please?

  10. Really helpful when booking a personal space or meeting room, if confirmation email would come with an option to book a reminder/meeting into your calendar, with room number booked and time.

  11. Please add floor plan to the meeting room characteristics. It was more or less a guessing game if Always Learn or Lead at all Levels is the 6 person meeting room in my part of the floor. I could only discern it due to the picture provided for the Lead at all Levels meeting room.

  14. A reminder email to be sent to those who have booked the day before to confirm their booking. Seems that a lot of people book in advance and then cancel on the day. If you book the night before you have no options... then the next day at 9-10 am all these desks are released.

  16. Our reception team would like the 'Visitors | Home' screen to show the 'Advanced' visitor form. The simpler form that is there does not have enough useful fields for what we need to collect of visitors. Many of the fields that we need are on the 'Advanced' form.

  17. Smart Calendar does not allow the forwarding of an existing meeting to a condeco room on behalf of the organizer, internal or external. Not being able to do this impacts on the ability of our colleagues to use our condeco meeting rooms to host hybrid meetings where for example the boardroom is used to host a Teams or Zoom meeting created by an external meeting organiser.

    1. A calendar view option of the days you have booked a desk would be very useful for visualising when you are meant to be in the office rather than a list of dates.

    2. Integration with outlook/teams so that you can more easily show what days you are due in office would be useful. Currently we are having to add them manually. Even if this could be done like Eventbrite with invite links to placeholder sessions.

    1. A User books a Meeting Room via Room Finder from OWA
    2. The User receives a Booking confirmation email from Condeco
    3. At the bottom of the booking confirmation email, there is a cancellation link
    4. This Cancellation link is deep-linked and the user simply has to click on the link which opens up Condeco Web Application and click on Cancel button which cancels the booking
    5. However when a User books a room via OWA (RF), the booking confirmation email that the user receives has the cancellation link, but its not clickable/deep-linked
    6. The user has to manually copy the entire URL, paste it…
