Quickly switch floors
In the "Your bookings" section, when displaying the floor plan, there should be an option to change floor and quickly see the attendance on other floors.

Ability to customize columns in Your Bookings so you can see the room name
In Meeting Spaces- Your Bookings the room name isn't visible for the listed bookings because the 'Location' is made up of the location, room name and floor and the column isn't wide enough to display everything. We realise you can hover the mouse above the location name to get the full details but to get an 'at a glance' view of the rooms booked it would be useful to see the room name either by adjusting the columns widths or allowing users to customize which fields they see.

Calendar/Outlook Add-in
There is a lot of wasted space under 'Desk Booking' - this could be utilised with a biweekly calendar populated with 2 colours (remote/in office); personally I prefer the visual aspect so would prefer this with the option to select and book rather than selecting the date which I don't usually know off by heart. There could also be an outlook add-in which automatically populates the calendar with an 'all day' event or 'London Desk Booking' which is what I would do manually anyway

checkin & find a desk
Check-in mechanism shouldn't bump the desk automatically. When we book a desk it's already confirmed. Also the 'find a desk' page should be the homepage, now we need to click on 'close today page'.

Default location
Ability to pick a default location. It always appears with London Broad St, and you have to scroll down to find your own office.

Use calender for quick search
In the quick search, it should be possible to select the date via a calendar. The listing of the days is confusing.

Booking for someone else
really annoying it does not seem you can book desks for external suppliers while you have your own desk booked, so had to cancel my booking then book in my guests then rebook my own desk. Please can you enable being able to book for someone else even if you have a desk booked for yourself. Thanks

Annoying lack of bulk resource management
It is infuriating that we can't do bulk edits i.e. select 2 or more items in the desk resource list and change their group or zone or apply standard fixed desk start and end dates.

Meeting Rooms
With the latest update, any Managed room is automatically called "Meeting Room". We use rooms for non- meeting room space; there should be more options, even if it is just "Other".

Catering - Booked time does not change if meeting time changes
If a meeting were to change time, the associated catering/resources that have been booked don't change. This can lead to real world errors if catering was ordered and was not shifted manually. Suggest: when the start/end time of the booking changes, so do the associated booked resources and/or an error/warning message.

instant booking via floorplan
when you click on a floor plan and it says that a desk is available, then you should get a pop-up window "do you want to book". If you go by what is available it is different to the floor plan. eg level 2 has 113 available on the floorplan but does not show in the drop down box. Thanks

New and New&Updated status in Request page
It would be great if managed room requests could be placed in New and New&Updated statuses like in blind managed rooms.
Right now the statuses displayed for requests are Rejected, Pending, Confirmed and understanding new request and requests that have been updated would help the team manage the rooms better.

Booking Grid - Edit other users' bookings Improvement
At the moment, as an admin if I want to Edit someone else's booking from the booking grid (from example to extend it from AM only to AM+PM), when clicking on a cell it is still my booking schedule shown - NOT the user's booking schedule... This can be done but with quite a few extra steps: by selecting the 'Booking for someone else' checkbox and then searching for that person's name.
The expected behavior for a real Edit feature when clicking on a cell of the booking Grid, would be to have by default that user's booking details pre-filled.

If the room gets bump, then the booking duration should be nil & it should not reflect in the room booking report.
When we pull the room booking report at the end of the month, the room which got bump still shows the booking duration. Ideally if the room is bump then the duration used should be nil.
