  2. Hi, I have an issue with when I try to view the booking grid. When I select it all it does is try to load the meetings but never finishes loading. Please feel free to contact me at clayton.davies@nab.com.au

  4. The booking invite in the calendar should appear for the time booking was made. When I book a desk at 10 AM, the invite still shows up for 8 to 8:30 AM in my calendar. Also, the invite can only be 5 minutes, so as not to block the calendar.

  5. Right now it's only possible to map users to "Security" groups.

    We would like to also have this possibility with normal Distribution groups.

  7. When you display a floor plan, it is shown without the bookable desks. You have to click on the "enlarge" option to show the green dots. This seems like a pointless step. It should just display the dots immediately (the enlarged map)

  8. When a user is looking for a room with Condeco Room Finder, he is seeing that there are private groups which exists but they are not allowed to book on it.
    Those hidden groups shouldn't be visible to users who don't have permissions.

  9. If an equipment item is not available on any of the dates for a recurring meeting room series, the pop-up alert will ask us whether we want to proceed and book the whole series without the item or cancel and go back.
    It would make more sense if the facility got booked for the dates available and only exclude the date where there is no facility available.

  10. When a meeting is declined or auto-Bump, there is a notification send to all the participants. We want to send it just for the organiser and not for the participant. Otherwise this can be confusing.

  15. Would be good to get the ability to select your default landing page and Tab.

    For example, it takes me 3 clicks to get to the Advanced Grid after logging on. Would be more efficient to be able to get the system to go there automatically on login,

  16. Provide a "Help link" or a help icon in the web app and Room finder app.
    The help link when clicked should open <Company> SharePoint page which has all the tutorials and FAQs in one place.

    The help icon can be a question mark inside a circle.

    This will help users get quick help inside the apps instead of searching for the SharePoint help page outside.

  19. It's really weird for users to have a warning icon (yellow one, with the exclamation point) into the message box to confirm the booking through the Outlook addin.
    it would be great to have instead the information icon (the blue one) that is almost used in all others message boxes than this warning icon.
