  1. Currently, if you are booking a recurring meeting and one or two dates you have to choose a different room, when you change the whole series, only the meetings in the main conference room are changed. As space becomes more competitive when more people are returning to office, we will be less likely to be able to accommodate a series in just one room. We need to get this resolved

  2. Please add the Knowledge Base Articles that are Exelon Specific or add the links to ENP KB articles. Also explain why some users can see certain locations and floors and others can not

  3. You have the floor plan option to pull up but it is worthless without the numbers on the conference rooms and the open offices

  4. Hi,

    We booked someone into 2MS as they are facilitating training today. The name was not transferred to the front desk. This meant a lot of running around our end to try and get the person booked in in time to attend the training. Is this a glitch in the system? When I spoke to someone on the front desk they confirmed that I was not the only one this had happened to.

  5. For example, when we are using the Condeco for both DESK and ROOM booking, we have got experience about we cancelled the reserved desk, and today page showing I am still working in the office.

  6. room is not able to sync if room is book under "location" button on outlook meeting.
    hope this bug can be fix as user behaviour is hard to control, but any missing room booking will cause a lot of business issue, thank you.

  7. Add any and all corporate office locations. Add the ability to book a cubicle or personal office space for private calls or 1x1 meetings.

  9. Hi, it would be great to use an app to confirm a meeting room reservation. As I know, at LVMH, we could do it before but it is no longer available. THANK YOU!

  10. These dates on the reservation system and confirmation are so confusing!! Can't you have normal dates such as 5/11/2023; NOT 11/05/2023?

  11. Hospitality require 48 hours to place food orders from their respective suppliers. This is non-negotiable from there side and they are very strict on it.
    It is vital that food orders placed in Condeco by the Users, adhere to the 48 hour rule, regardless of ordering or cancelling.
    NB Hospitality place their orders at 1130 a.m. so the clock starts ticking from that point

    Hospitality would have already paid for the food that has been ordered, and thus it still needs to be charged to Macfarlanes if a cancellation falls short of 48 hours’ notice

  12. We utilise the autobump feature, it would be really useful to be able to view in the summary of the booking: who check in and started the booking and ended it. It would save me a lot of arguments with staff!

  13. • Right now, the default meeting remainders is applicable only in the “Open booking Form” and not applied while booking from “Quick book “(Book button in the booking grid) Option.
    • While creating booking for meeting space, the meeting remainders not applied to the “Quick book” “(Book button in the booking grid) Option which is set in the User Profile. In a net shell User profile setting is not reflected in the Quick book “(Book button in the booking grid) Option.
    • please enable the feature as it will be helpful to support the business.

  16. We have the Condeco pads outside each meeting room. It would be incredibly useful to link up the 'check in' button on the pads. We often have people book meetings and not turn up so we would like them to automatically delete themselves after 10 minutes if someone has not checked in.

  18. I can't figure out how to find my past bookings to make thing simple. I also can't find any help anywhere on the app or on any other platform but this public posting. I'm frustrated.

  19. The upcoming bookings shown on the Home Page does not provide useful information. The meeting title is too short. The room location should be provided. The columns should match columns on the Your Bookings Screen.

  20. we have received a new requirement from the business centre with respect to condeco booking features. Due to high volume of meetings being booked, operation is planning to restrict booking hours for each cost centre (department) and hence the same needs to reflect on the booking form
