Floor plan search button on today page
User friendly idea: Having a floor plan button on the today page next to search would allow users to to search using this function.
9 votesThe floor plan button was added to the Today page in 2024. As long as the Personal space group has a floorplan set up users will be able to see the 'Floor plan' option.

A consistent weekly/monthly view on the booking grid
- We would like the weekly/monthly view to show the colour of the meeting which is set as Booking Type we use this to differentiate between internal staff/external guests.
Guests always have priority over internal meetings. We want everyone to know when a meeting is 'external' so attendees know to clean up.

outlook addon on meetings - The ability to book multiple rooms from one meeting invite
We sometimes have meetings that require two rooms and at this time, we have to book, two separate meetings for the same event. Can you please add the ability to book multiple rooms in the Condeco outlook addon.

Support for SCIM: System for Cross-domain Identity Management
We'd really like to see Condeco's API supporting SCIM.
This is a standard for automating the exchange of user identity information between identity domains, or IT systems. It's gaining a lot of traction in the SaaS world and would be helpful in a large organisation.
This would also remove the need for Condeco's HR feed application, as (taking from Wikipedia):
In addition to simple user-record management (creating & deleting), SCIM can also be used to share information about user attributes, attribute schema, and group membership. Attributes could range from user contact information to group membership. Group membership or other attribute…

Booking Grid: Time to be displayed on both sides of the grid
When using the booking grid to view time slots, the times are only currently displayed on the left hand side of the grid.
Can the times be added to the right hand side of the grid to make it easier when viewing the booking grid on large widescreen PC monitors?
As additional to this, when hovering over a booking on the grid, can the pop-up show what the actual timeslot is for that booking (start to end time), saving you from opening that booking (similar to how the hover over function works in Outlook calendar).

Sort 'Location' in alphabetical order.
There needs to be the possibility to sort 'Location' in alphabetical order. Promotes a significantly better overview

View live floor plan from app (see who is where)
allow users of the mobile app to view floor plan and see who is booked at each desk (search users by desk, rather than by name)
4 votesWe released "See who's in" to the mobile app in July of last year, in our next update we plan to extend this feature further by showing a list view of all users who have bookings in the group that is being viewed. See here for more details:

The product is too slow
4 votesWe’re sorry that you are experiencing these issues. The speed of the application can be impacted by a large variety of factors, dependent on how it’s hosted, demand at peak hours, your internet connection, your location etc. The overall reasons can differ from client to client, and not all our clients are on the same version with the same hosting arrangements.
If you experience specific performance issues at present, please contact Support or your Customer Success Manager who will be able to assess your specific circumstances.
Rest assured that from a product perspective we are always looking at driving performance improvements by streamlining our code, the database, and the way we use Microsoft Azure Cloud to enable scalability at peak periods.
However, given the general nature of the idea, we will close this for now as it doesn’t refer to a specific feature, function or need.

Display of additional information in "Booking grid (weekly & monthly view)"
A lot of our customers use the weekly/monthly view for planning and need to switch views to get relevant Information.
The weekly & monthly view of the booking grid just shows start-/endtime, meeting title in the overview and room/floor.
We would like the display of at least host, customer, and room in either overview or the popup window. Similar behavior like in the advanced grid.

We’re excited to introduce our new swap bookings feature. We know that when a grid gets full, it’s hard to move bookings about. With swap bookings, admins can swap the rooms of two bookings directly from the booking grid.
Ideal for:
*increasing utilisation by freeing-up gaps on the grid for others to book
*changing a booking into a larger room so that it can cater for more attendees
*switching bookings that now need equipment not available in their current roomThanks for all the feedback given so far
