Display of additional information in "Booking grid (weekly & monthly view)"
A lot of our customers use the weekly/monthly view for planning and need to switch views to get relevant Information.
The weekly & monthly view of the booking grid just shows start-/endtime, meeting title in the overview and room/floor.
We would like the display of at least host, customer, and room in either overview or the popup window. Similar behavior like in the advanced grid.

We’re excited to introduce our new swap bookings feature. We know that when a grid gets full, it’s hard to move bookings about. With swap bookings, admins can swap the rooms of two bookings directly from the booking grid.
Ideal for:
*increasing utilisation by freeing-up gaps on the grid for others to book
*changing a booking into a larger room so that it can cater for more attendees
*switching bookings that now need equipment not available in their current roomThanks for all the feedback given so far

There should be the facility to change or add to the resource type, ie. Car park space. or gym
There should be the facility to change or add to the resource type, ie. Car park space. or gym place, the behaviour could still be as a 'room' desk resource but gives the user the opportunity to customised/rename items

Advanced Grid - Increase column width with room names
On the Advanced Grid, the width of the column displaying the room name should be wider to display more of the room name. When manually widen the column, I can read the names but when switch to a different date, it resets the column width. Please keep the width to what I needed it to be.

See layout/setup of the room on the advance grid and booking grid
It would be great to add layout to the meeting overview in the booking chart

Confirmation email for multi-room bookings should include info for all rooms booked
currently, confirmation email only includes room info for the primary room of a multi-room booking

Switch to "in the office" without having to book desk
should be able to switch to "working in the office" when team has booked a shared space. I am in but don't need to book a desk, so me being in the office is not being captured within condeco.

In the office designation
There should be an option for 'In the office' even if you have not booked a desk. You might be in meetings or in a booth or breakout space, and therefore in the building. Otherwise, it just says 'You are working remotely' which may not be the case.

Ability of searching a date range when using the "Find a colleague" option
Being able to search a date range, either in the app or web browser would be beneficial and more convenient.

Add a check in function so if you don't turn up the desk becomes available to others.

Locate a colleague
The find a colleague button doesn't work. I can find them on the search but when I got to view them using the "view" button it doesn't work.

Find a colleague on floorplan when searching for them
When I search for a colleague, it would very helpful when you see where the place is.

Reminder- desk assignment #
We often have to book desks in advance, and forget which desk we are assigned when the day arrives. Therefor, when booking, it would be great to have an option box to select where we can be reminded which desk we have assigned when the day comes around.

An ICS file, which stands for "iCalendar" file, is a type of file used to store and share calendar events and appointments.
When the 'Attach ICS File' option in Group Settings is checked, the recipient of the 'Booked for' or ‘Booking confirmation’ email will receive it as a calendar invitation. This invite will appear in their native calendar app, but it won't show that they're busy during the scheduled time. So, when others check their availability using the 'Scheduling Assistant,' the invite will not make the user appear as “busy”.
For this release, we have enhanced the ICS file functionality by introducing an 'Add ICS reminder' dropdown box under Group Configuration. With this enhancement, users will now receive native reminders for their reservations directly within Outlook. This can be…
