Need e-mail merge field for "previous attendees".
This is in reference to ticket ENSD-59124 I submitted, but was directed to submit a user voice. On the "Change in Booking" e-mail notification, there is a mail-merge field for number attending, but not previous number attending. Our Hospitality team would really like a merge-field for that. A lot of other data points have a "previous" version so we hope this is pretty simple to accomplish.

Tentative booking
Is it possible to add a tentative booking? ie., If I I should go into the office on a particular day in 7 weeks, because I can only view/book 4 weeks in advance, I normally write it down somewhere and keep a reminder to book when it is available to do so. It will be great to do this with the app. rather than externally

Check in from PC using browser
When doing quick search and desk booking in the web browser in PC there should be also check in button, not just release button.

Make the admin and user view of floorplans the same
The Admin Floor plan view and user booking view is NOT the same. It would be good for the USER booking floor plan view same as Admin view as it's much clearer. Alternatively, change the background color of the User view. It is currently difficult to make out the group names when the background of the floorplan is also blue.

Update to timezone on booking form during daylight savings
A request to update the timezone which display on the booking form to reflect daylight saving time. Showing GMT throughout the summer when the UK is on DST is confusing for end users

Parking Penalty Points (3P) :))
Unauthorized parking space occupancy reporting system.
Penalty points for a person who takes someone else's seat against their reservation. Why? The person to whom the seat has been taken will himself take it to someone else - that will causes a mess.

Check in button available on work start
'check in' button shall be visible already form the beginning of reservation on particular day, not just before the end of check in in period. I want check in at once I take my place after I come to the office

Allow user to go back to Appointment and Scheduling
Right now it's not possible to go back to the Appointment or Scheduling when you are already in the Room Booking.
You have to close and re-open the meeting.

Email reminder about your booked space
Hi Team,
would it be possible to have an option under the profile to enable email notification? This notification should be sent the day before of a booking, to remind about the reserved space.

FInd only colleagues in the same country
Finding a colleague is very useful, particularly, if you want to just get up and go see somebody. However, with more people using it, I also find a lot of users that are not in the same country, which makes the list longer and more difficult to find. And for the "searcher" e.g. myself, it wouldn't matter whether they are in location X Y or Z in some other country. I can't walk over anyway. So please enable to only show users in the same country

dynamic view of selected floor in given date
It would be nice to have a view of selected floor before slicking search button. Which would be dynamically updated when changing floors and dates. :) Thanks!
