Photos of Rooms
Hi there - I think it would be very helpful if the tool had pictures of all the rooms so that we know what we're booking. A lot of people have not been in the office for almost 2 years. There have been new meeting spaces created during this time and we don't know what the rooms look like and if they'll suit or needs. Our old room booking tool had photos for every room and was extremely helpful.

Start a meeting from an email link
it would be great if instead of getting a reminder of the booking the night before with no link to start the meeting, we get a reminder 15-30 mins before the reservation starts with a link to quickly start the meeting, so our reservations don’t get cancelled.
Colleagues and I are finding we forget to log in to the app/link to start the session, because once we come in we go straight to meetings etc – the reminder the night before doesn’t offer much value but a reminder and a link within an hr of the meeting would be of…

Would it be possible for the booking to go into your calendar. This would really be helpful especially if the meeting gets rescheduled in your absence.

Harmonize display of mandatory fields
On some screens (e.g. Contacts > Add New) mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk, on others (e.g. Visitors >Advanced) the field labels are displayed in bold. This should be harmonized. Thank you!

Advanced visitor adding: Can the "purpose" of a visit really be "internal visitor" or "external visitor"? Maybe you could change the field label?

Add a visitor: Space between field label and colon
This is just a minor point. On the screen "Add a visitor" you are using field labels followed by a space, then a colon. This looks very strange. Regards, Esther
