Find a colleague's future desk bookings
Is it possible to "Find a colleague" and see what desks they have booked in the future if the are not in the office today, so I can book a desk also so I can meet F2F
1 voteHI, we've replaced the 'Find a colleague' page with 'Find your team' that displays who from your team is in the office. This list is customisable from the web or mobile application. This will grant the ability to see a colleagues schedule over the next 5 weeks to bring the web application in line with the mobile application.

Fix the find a colleague function when office is full
Currently Find a colleague doesn't display the floor plan when you click View, if the office is full. Instead it says 'no spaces' and takes the user to a different page.
1 voteWhen users view a floor plan from the Condeco Web that is full they will now be presented with an option to view the floor plan or return to the previous page

QR codes
Having QR codes on each desk that we could just scan to check in. This would also be a way to confirm you have booked the correct desk and sat in the right place.
1 voteHi Jess, it is now possible to assign a QR code to a desk which will allow users to scan when they reach their workspace.

Reminder
Hi,
Love Condecco!
My idea would be a pop up when you log in to work, to remind people to check in to their booked desk.
It's really easy to forget to do this when you do not have a company mobile.1 voteWe have now released in the Condeco application the ability to enable Personal Space reminders through the use of 'ICS Files'.
An ICS file, which stands for "iCalendar" file, is a type of file used to store and share calendar events and appointments.
When the 'Attach ICS File' option in Group Settings is checked, the recipient of the 'Booked for' or ‘Booking confirmation’ email will receive it as a calendar invitation. This invite will appear in their native calendar app, but it won't show that they're busy during the scheduled time. So, when others check their availability using the 'Scheduling Assistant,' the invite will not make the user appear as “busy”.
For this release, we have enhanced the ICS file functionality by introducing an 'Add ICS reminder' dropdown box under Group Configuration. With this enhancement, users will now receive native reminders for their reservations directly within Outlook. This can be…

Reminder of desk night before
It would be cool if in the morning or night before we got a reminder of the desk we have. Like using Flow in MS teams or something. I see a lot of people standing in middle of office to open laptop to check when they arrive. Tools is really good tho, Well Done :)

A bunch of usability features
I like the app but it feels really much at the beginning.
Navigating through it is bulky and a lot of times quite unintuitive.A few ideas I
d love to see in the future:d love to see the names of colleagues around mobile too
Have a button to show the floorplan from the today view.
In Floorplan show the date and provide possibility to switch dates to see who sits where when
In the mobile app you show the floorplan -> I
Provide a button to hide unhide all names behind booked spaces instead of having to hover…1 voteHi Benjamin,
We've just released a new version of the Condeco app which allows you to see who is sitting where from the Today page and Search page! You can easily switch between different groups and floors when viewing the floor plan. We've also added the employee pin to user profile.
We are looking into auto-check in when a user enters the building. This will work in tandem with our new 'Intelligent booking' feature that auto books a desk when a users location is set.
As for the screens, it is possible to register your card on a meeting room device. The process is to present a new card and when it is not recognised, enter your pin. The card will then be paired.

Calendar entry and reminders
Could you update our Outlook Calendar with the desk bookings?
Could you generate a reminder if you have no future desk bookings?
Thanks

Ability to see if a user RFID card has been registered
Would be good to see if a user has registered their RFID card for use on the panels in the USER section.
This would save having to send team members to see the user and check the card in person.1 voteWe are delighted to tell you that these features are now available in our latest release.
We will need to update your site to the latest version, so please contact Condeco Support to arrange a time and date that is suitable for your business.
Thank you for continuing to raise ideas on UserVoice.

Make the Booking ID more visible
Would it be possible to highlight the Booking ID in the overview windows of the bookings or make it more visible?
1 voteHi!
With our latest update, you can add the Booking ID directly onto the booking grid so that it’s easy to see. Find out how to do that here: https://www.condecosoftware.com/help/enterprise-admin-user/3.4/en/topic/grid-display-settings

Make it easier for new joiners to automatically be added to the system
When a new starter joins they have to register themselves, we use this system in a law firm and this is impractical.
New partners joining will not be booking their own room through the system as it will mostly be their EAs.
Can there be a way that new joiners are automatically added to the system or that others can add them
1 voteThanks for your idea! We have options for automatic HR feeds already, so we are declining this one for now.

Ability to extend my meeting by small increments in the booking grid
As a booking admin, when a user calls me and asks me to slip the meeting by half an hour (from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm) I click on the title of the meeting and bring up the menu and choose "Move". But I can't click on the 2:30 pm slot because it is covered by the meeting; I can only move the meeting past the duration of the meeting
For example, I can't move my meeting to any time currently occupied by my meeting in the same room because I can't click anywhere on the grid currently covered by…
0 votesWe have redesigned the way users can move meetings in the latest version. Now you can drag the meeting whilst in the booking grid.
Please note: This feature is currently only available to single bookings and a single instance of a series booking (it does not include linked bookings, multi-room bookings )
